{"id":43742,"date":"2024-12-27T12:58:35","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T18:58:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=43742"},"modified":"2024-12-27T12:58:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-27T18:58:40","slug":"con-reforma-al-poder-judicial-se-terminara-el-estado-de-derecho-afirma-magistrado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=43742","title":{"rendered":"Con Reforma al Poder Judicial se terminar\u00e1 el Estado de Derecho, afirma magistrado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>El magistrado del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Manuel de Alba, advirti\u00f3 que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Reforma al Poder Judicial se va a terminar el Estado de Derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso que la reforma afecta a la divisi\u00f3n de poderes, pues es la primera que da garant\u00eda constitucional, a la defensa y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, por lo que dijo, confiar en que los ciudadanos tomen acciones para poder echarla abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi lo intenta la ciudadan\u00eda, pues puede suceder el juicio de amparo. En el juicio de amparo s\u00ed puede ser procedente porque aqu\u00ed no es una reforma constitucional de la Constituci\u00f3n Federal, es de la Constituci\u00f3n local.
