{"id":43303,"date":"2024-12-10T13:38:14","date_gmt":"2024-12-10T19:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=43303"},"modified":"2024-12-10T13:38:23","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T19:38:23","slug":"analizaran-peticion-de-fabian-cardenas-para-tomar-protesta-como-alcalde-de-lerdo-diputado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=43303","title":{"rendered":"Analizar\u00e1n petici\u00f3n de Fabi\u00e1n C\u00e1rdenas para tomar protesta como alcalde de Lerdo: Diputado \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada Reyes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- El asunto del alcalde electo de Lerdo de Tejada, Fabian C\u00e1rdenas Sosa, se analizar\u00eda desde la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n para determinar si toma protesta o si Mar\u00eda Esther Arr\u00f3niz, quien es s\u00edndica sigue al frente de la presidencia municipal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior lo declar\u00f3 el diputado integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n,&nbsp; Luis Vicente Aguilar Castillo, quien dijo que se van a reunir con \u00e9l a fin de que se pueda dar celeridad a su petici\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTenemos que analizar las dos partes. Obviamente es un tema legal, se tiene que ponderar, no quisiera yo entrar en un estudio de algo que es una suposici\u00f3n, porque no hay una solicitud expresa ni formal, tanto de la sindica tanto como del ciudadano que tome protesta como alcalde\u201d, dijo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace unos d\u00edas, Fabi\u00e1n C\u00e1rdenas Sosa qued\u00f3 en libertad y sin ning\u00fan cargo legal, luego de estar detenido por tres a\u00f1os acusado por el delito de secuestro, secuestro agravado as\u00ed como amenazas, por lo que asisti\u00f3 al Congreso de Veracruz para poder reclamar su puesto como alcalde constitucional de Lerdo de Tejada, pues dijo, el pueblo se lo solicit\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, el diputado local mencion\u00f3 que le dar\u00e1n el seguimiento correspondiente, y es que a inicios de enero de este 2024 ciudadanos e incluso el Cabildo de Lerdo pidi\u00f3 la destituci\u00f3n de Mar\u00eda Esther Arr\u00f3niz, al considerar que no tenia control del municipio pues polic\u00edas municipales asesinaron a un joven por no seguir sus ordene de detenerse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros tenemos que revisar, primero que llegue la solicitud, porque estamos suponiendo porque no hemos recibido la Comisi\u00f3n y creo que tampoco la ha recibido la presidenta, pero una vez que llegue nosotros estaremos dando seguimiento\u201d, concluy\u00f3.
