{"id":43102,"date":"2024-12-05T14:20:58","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T20:20:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=43102"},"modified":"2024-12-05T14:21:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T20:21:04","slug":"da-comision-de-vigilancia-seguimiento-a-los-asuntos-turnados-por-el-pleno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=43102","title":{"rendered":"Da Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia seguimiento a los asuntos turnados por el Pleno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Celebra esta instancia legislativa su tercera sesi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 05 de diciembre de 2024.-<\/strong> La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia de la LXVII Legislatura celebr\u00f3 su tercera sesi\u00f3n, en la que el presidente de esta instancia, diputado Miguel Guillermo Pintos Guill\u00e9n dio un informe sobre las acciones realizadas como parte del Programa Anual de Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las instalaciones del Palacio Legislativo, el diputado Alejandro Porras Mar\u00edn, secretario de la Comisi\u00f3n, registr\u00f3 la asistencia de las diputadas Liud Herrera F\u00e9lix, Luc\u00eda Bego\u00f1a Canales Barturen, Estefan\u00eda Bastida Cuevas, Ana Rosa Vald\u00e9s Salazar y Luz Alicia Delf\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez, as\u00ed como de los diputados Paul Mart\u00ednez Marie y Daniel Cortina Mart\u00ednez, vocales. Adem\u00e1s del presidente, diputado Miguel Guillermo Pintos Guill\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n, el legislador Miguel Guillermo Pintos inform\u00f3 sobre el oficio dirigido al \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior (Orfis) del estado, en relaci\u00f3n con la entrega de los informes trimestrales de los organismos aut\u00f3nomos y entidades obligadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 el inicio de la revisi\u00f3n del proceso de entrega-recepci\u00f3n de los asuntos de la comisi\u00f3n; refiri\u00f3 la remisi\u00f3n a la Secretar\u00eda de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Congreso del expediente del ayuntamiento de Tecolutla respecto a quejas de ejercicios anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, dio cuenta sobre los oficios mediante los cuales solicita a la Secretar\u00eda de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n un an\u00e1lisis de las quejas relacionadas con los ayuntamientos de Villa Aldama y R\u00edo Blanco; y sobre el estatus general derivado del reporte de nivel de cumplimiento de estados financieros enviados por el Orfis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, el diputado se pronunci\u00f3 por el cumplimiento de la norma interna del Congreso y realizar las sesiones de la comisi\u00f3n necesarias para conocer los asuntos turnados por el Pleno, analizar los que est\u00e9n previamente y as\u00ed dictaminarlos en tiempo y forma, con la finalidad de evitar cualquier
