{"id":42608,"date":"2024-11-26T16:45:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T22:45:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=42608"},"modified":"2024-11-26T16:45:51","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T22:45:51","slug":"la-ssp-adeuda-millones-de-pesos-a-empresa-por-servicios-de-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=42608","title":{"rendered":"La SSP adeuda millones de pesos a empresa por servicios de alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>Fernando Enrique Morales Rubio, representante legal de la empresa \u00abTrazabilidad y Comercio de Productos Frescos\u00bb, denunci\u00f3 que en la administraci\u00f3n de Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, les pidieron el 65 por ciento de \u00abmoche\u00bb para poder cobrar un adeudo del Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, explic\u00f3 que en 2016 se interpuso la demanda contra la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas; el 6 de marzo de 2019 se dict\u00f3 sentencia a su favor y aunque la dependencia se ampar\u00f3, el recurso se desech\u00f3 por improcedente, por lo que qued\u00f3 firme la sentencia condenatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, Fernando Enrique Morales acus\u00f3 t\u00e1cticas dilatorias para no realizar el pago, \u00abconsentidas por la Cuarta Sala del Tribunal Estatal de Justicia Administrativa de Veracruz\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abYa cumplimos con todo el caminito legal para poderlo hacer y estos se\u00f1ores caen en incumplimiento y caen en incumplimiento porque son unos corruptos, si nosotros le entr\u00e1ramos con el 65 por ciento del monto que nos adeudan ya nos hubieran pagado, como es el caso de muchas empresas a las que as\u00ed les est\u00e1n haciendo\u00bb, denunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante legal de esta empresa revel\u00f3 que el gobierno de Veracruz les debe cerca de 90 millones de pesos y que quien canaliza todos los adeudos es Ulises Rodr\u00edguez Landa, jefe de la Unidad Administrativa de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP), suplente del diputado federal de Morena, Eleazar Guerrero P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la empresa ya procedi\u00f3 legalmente contra el funcionario a trav\u00e9s de una denuncia porque ha incumplido su deber.
