plaza comercial.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dario Pale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coatepec, Ver.- <\/strong>En el pueblo m\u00e1gico de Coatepec se pelean por el agua, los ciudadanos acusan al ayuntamiento de favorecer fraccionamientos privados, conjuntos residenciales y una plaza comercial, por lo que pobladores de la localidad Zoncuantla se manifestaron frente al palacio municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pobladores de la localidad Zoncuantla del municipio de Coatepec se manifestaron frente al palacio municipal para exigir al alcalde Raymundo Andrade la atenci\u00f3n urgente a demandas con la gesti\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n del agua proveniente del manantial Ojo de Agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, denunciaron que el personal de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal del Agua de Coatepec ha permitido que se hagan tomas irregulares o clandestinas en el manantial, para el abasto a fraccionamientos, conjuntos residenciales y una plaza comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante documentos, los habitantes de esta zona, se dijeron estar preocupados por el abastecimiento equitativo y sostenible del recurso h\u00eddrico, por lo que, en un documento dirigido al alcalde Raymundo Andrade Rivera, plantearon ocho puntos fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revocaci\u00f3n o no concesi\u00f3n de permisos de factibilidad de agua a la plaza comercial en construcci\u00f3n frente a la escuela de f\u00fatbol EFIX, ya que esto afectar\u00e1 gravemente el suministro de algunas colonias en las partes altas durante el estiaje y porque el manantial Ojo de Agua ya est\u00e1 sobreexplotado y no es para uso comercial sino solo para tomas domiciliarias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3n de la obra en la futura plaza comercial en el Ator\u00f3n hasta tener permisos de Sedema (Mia de planta de tratamiento) y detener los trabajos nocturnos mientras se cancela la dotaci\u00f3n de agua desde el manantial Ojo de agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricci\u00f3n de concesiones: limitar los permisos del Manantial Ojo de Agua exclusivamente al uso domiciliario dentro de los l\u00edmites establecidos originalmente y no dotar a m\u00e1s fraccionamientos en las colonias incluidos en la concesi\u00f3n original..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desconexi\u00f3n de tomas irregulares: Eliminar tomas fuera del \u00e1rea concesionada por Conagua, como las que abastecen a algunas casas en Villas del Pixquiac,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instalaci\u00f3n de medidor en el manantial: como lo exige la normatividad colocar un medidor que determine el volumen de agua extra\u00eddo y distribuido, evitando la sobreexplotaci\u00f3n y protegiendo los ecosistemas forestales asociados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras comprometidas en el \u00e1rea de captaci\u00f3n en el manantial y en el \u00e1rea de tanques de almacenamiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participaci\u00f3n comunitaria: Restablecer la voz y voto del comit\u00e9 comunitario del agua en las decisiones sobre nuevas tomas \u00fanicamente dentro de localidades de Zoncu\u00e1ntla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumplimiento de acuerdos previos: Hacer valer el compromiso de CMAS de no autorizar nuevas factibilidades para desarrollos habitacionales en Zoncu\u00e1ntla.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Se destaca la revocaci\u00f3n o no concesi\u00f3n de permisos de factibilidad de agua a la plaza comercial en construcci\u00f3n frente a la escuela de f\u00fatbol EFIX, ya que esto afectar\u00e1 gravemente el suministro de algunas colonias en las partes altas durante el estiaje y porque el manantial Ojo de Agua ya est\u00e1 sobreexplotado y no es para uso comercial sino solo para tomas domiciliarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los quejosos expresaron que \u00abestas demandas reflejan la urgente necesidad de garantizar el derecho humano al agua para las familias de Zoncuantla, priorizando el uso dom\u00e9stico sobre intereses comerciales que comprometen la sostenibilidad del recurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo dieron a conocer que, \u00abEl manantial Ojo de Agua es un pilar ambiental de la regi\u00f3n y su sobreexplotaci\u00f3n amenaza no solo el suministro de agua, sino tambi\u00e9n los ecosistemas forestales que dependen de \u00e9l\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la
