Punto de Acuerdo que prev\u00e9 disposiciones para un adecuado desarrollo de las comparecencias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 21 de noviembre de 2024.- <\/strong>El diputado H\u00e9ctor Yunes Landa present\u00f3 al Pleno de la LXVII Legislatura un Anteproyecto con Punto de Acuerdo por el que prev\u00e9 un exhorto a la presidencia de la Mesa Directiva para que vele por la inviolabilidad del recinto legislativo y a las presidencias de las Comisiones Permanentes para que mantengan el orden y el respeto de las diputadas y los diputados que participan en las comparecencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su anteproyecto, el legislador del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) pidi\u00f3 que se solicite a las y los titulares de las Secretar\u00edas de Despacho para que respeten el recinto y cumplan con lo dispuesto en el reglamento, consistente en un m\u00e1ximo de 20 colaboradores de los que se pueden hacer acompa\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona que acudan con el secretario o secretaria deber\u00e1n previa autorizaci\u00f3n de la presidencia de la Mesa Directiva registrar su acceso e identificarse con un documento oficial que le acredite como servidor p\u00fablico de la Secretar\u00eda de despacho, cuyo titular acuda a comparecer ante esta soberan\u00eda, y quien adem\u00e1s no podr\u00e1 portar armas, debiendo observar el orden y respeto impuesto para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su exposici\u00f3n, el diputado Yunes Landa dijo que las comparecencias son un ejercicio democr\u00e1tico de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y no de promoci\u00f3n personal, menos para la movilizaci\u00f3n de personas para amedrentar a quienes ejercen la funci\u00f3n parlamentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras puntualizar el fundamento legal que regula el adecuado desarrollo de las comparecencias de las y los secretarios de despacho o equivalentes, el legislador se pronunci\u00f3 en contra de la agresi\u00f3n que sufri\u00f3 una periodista en la explanada del Palacio Legislativo, durante la comparecencia del titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, realizada este 20 de
