Prefacio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A menos que Marko Cort\u00e9s tenga \u201cun As bajo la manga\u201d, la decisi\u00f3n de expulsar del partido a los senadores (propietario y suplente) Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes M\u00e1rquez y Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes Linares se podr\u00eda convertir en el m\u00e1s grande rid\u00edculo de esa organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica. *** La decisi\u00f3n de los Yunes (padre e hijo) de traicionar su palabra y sumar su voto para que fuera aprobada la reforma judicial, no fue producto de un \u201carranque\u201d, ni una decisi\u00f3n apresurada. *** Fue, en realidad, consecuencia de un profundo an\u00e1lisis en el que se pusieron en la balanza pros y contras. *** Ten\u00edan claro que habr\u00eda un linchamiento medi\u00e1tico, pero calcularon que los beneficios pesaban m\u00e1s que las afectaciones. Conocen bien a Marko Cort\u00e9s y anticiparon que, como primera represalia, promover\u00eda su expulsi\u00f3n, pero ellos detectaron que no habr\u00eda argumentos jur\u00eddicos para hacerlo. *** Y no es que a ellos les gane su amor por el partido, sino que -como lo expres\u00f3 Yunes padre- a ellos no les gusta que los corran. Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes Linares renunci\u00f3 al PRI cuando ya ten\u00eda un acuerdo con Acci\u00f3n Nacional, y ahora pretende ser \u00e9l quien decida cuando abandonan las filas albiazules. *** El argumento presentado por el Comit\u00e9 Nacional del PAN para la expulsi\u00f3n, es de verdad endeble: \u201cse basa en la necesidad de mantener la integridad y los valores que caracterizan a Acci\u00f3n Nacional, as\u00ed como de garantizar el respeto a las decisiones que fortalecen nuestra unidad y compromiso con la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d. Jur\u00eddicamente no tiene valor alguno. *** Los Yunes (los de El Estero) anticipaban ese movimiento y hab\u00edan preparado su respuesta: no los notificaron y, por lo tanto, les negaron su leg\u00edtimo derecho de audiencia, y ning\u00fan ente partidista puede limitar las expresiones y decisiones que toman sus legisladores en la tribuna, pues eso atenta contra la inmunidad parlamentaria. *** No tengo la menor duda de que Marko Cort\u00e9s les conoce a los Yunes azules varios \u201cpecados\u201d y que muchos de ellos ser\u00edan m\u00e1s efectivos para la expulsi\u00f3n. El problema es que en todos ellos figura \u00e9l mismo como c\u00f3mplice y eso lo ata de manos. *** Esa novela picaresca continuar\u00e1 hasta los primeros meses del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, y cuando as\u00ed convenga a sus intereses, los Yunes azules agarrar\u00e1n sus maletas y abandonar\u00e1n ese partido. No antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* * *<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo) en el Congreso local, Esteban Bautista Hern\u00e1ndez, pas\u00f3 ya su primera crisis. Coordinar una fracci\u00f3n parlamentaria de 30 legisladores, todos asumi\u00e9ndose con \u201cm\u00e9ritos\u201d para ocupar las comisiones m\u00e1s relevantes, tiene su chiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos son \u201camigos de la se\u00f1ora\u201d, todos llegan con el mismo argumento: \u201cla gobernadora me la prometi\u00f3\u201d y el encargado de distribuir posiciones y dejar contentos a todos es Esteban Bautista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experiencia no le falta, aunque quiz\u00e1 requiera de asesores m\u00e1s \u201ccorridos\u201d en materia de negociaci\u00f3n legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La aplastante mayor\u00eda de Morena y sus aliados (41 de 50 diputados) les daba el derecho de partir el pastel y, por lo tanto, de quedarse con las mejores tajadas: Hacienda del Estado, para Naomi Edith G\u00f3mez Santos, diputada por Minatitl\u00e1n y -seg\u00fan lo inform\u00f3 ella misma desde la tribuna- \u201cvicecoordinadora\u201d del grupo parlamentario de Morena; Gobernaci\u00f3n, para la influencer Dorheny Garc\u00eda Cayetano; Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia, para Diego Casta\u00f1eda Aburto, de los m\u00e1s cercanos a la pr\u00f3xima gobernadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia, como ya se hab\u00eda anticipado, es presidida por Miguel Guillermo Pintos Guill\u00e9n, el diputado por Coatzacoalcos, la tierra adoptiva de Roc\u00edo Nahle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A los aliados tampoco les fue mal. \u201cChent\u00edn\u201d, el hijo del dirigente estatal del PT, presidir\u00e1 la Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Presupuesto, mientras que Carlos Marcelo Ruiz, quien acaba de entregar la dirigencia del Verde, encabezar\u00e1 la comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Puntos Constitucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sorprendi\u00f3, s\u00ed, que la comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica se la cedieran a un legislador \u201cde la oposici\u00f3n\u201d, el emecista Adri\u00e1n \u00c1vila Estrada, pero en los pasillos se escuch\u00f3 que hab\u00eda sido \u201cuna instrucci\u00f3n de muy arriba\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legisladores con experiencia tendr\u00e1n sus campos de acci\u00f3n. H\u00e9ctor Yunes forma parte de las comisiones de Derechos Humanos y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, desde donde -con seguridad. Va a generar mucho ruido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ana Rosa Valdez encabeza la de Seguridad Social e integra las de Fomento a la Inversi\u00f3n y la de Vigilancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elizabeth Morales preside la comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Urbano y es secretaria en las de Derechos de la Ni\u00f1ez, la Adolescencia y la Familia, y la de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Parlamento Abierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre el gremio de comunicadores cay\u00f3 muy bien, por cierto, que la presidencia de Atenci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n a Periodistas recayera en Bertha Ahued Malpica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la misma sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de este\u00a0jueves\u00a0se dio a conocer el calendario de comparecencias para la glosa del \u00faltimo informe de gobierno de Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda. Se trabajar\u00e1 a marchas forzadas para cubrir todo en lo que resta del mes de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El\u00a0lunes\u00a0abre las comparecencias el secretario de Gobierno, Carlos Ju\u00e1rez Gil, y cierra, el 29 de noviembre, el propio gobernador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este\u00a0jueves\u00a0el Congreso del Estado eligi\u00f3 a Lucero Alegr\u00eda Ju\u00e1rez como nueva titular de la Contralor\u00eda Interna de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE). No hubo debate ni voces de reclamo. La elegida consigui\u00f3 47 votos a favor y una abstenci\u00f3n. La terna la completaban Jorge Ruiz Carrillo y Marina Tapia D\u00edaz. *** No esperen algo extraordinario de la nueva contralora interna de la FGE. Llega desde la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
