Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Xalapa, Ver., 14 de noviembre de 2024.-<\/strong> En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria y por Acuerdo de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), el Pleno de la LXVII Legislatura del Estado de Veracruz aprob\u00f3 la integraci\u00f3n de las 41 Comisiones Permanentes del Congreso, en atenci\u00f3n a la representaci\u00f3n que tienen cada fuerza pol\u00edtica y las disposiciones que regula la participaci\u00f3n de diputadas y diputados en estos \u00f3rganos legislativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el Art\u00edculo 44 del Reglamento para el Gobierno Interior del Poder Legislativo, las Comisiones Permanentes se integrar\u00e1n por tres diputadas o diputados elegidos por el Pleno, a propuesta de la Jucopo, y se procura que est\u00e9n representados en ellas los diferentes grupos legislativos y los diputados que no los conformen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para el caso de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia y en atenci\u00f3n a lo que establece el p\u00e1rrafo tercero del citado Art\u00edculo, se integrar\u00e1 mediante el sistema de representaci\u00f3n que tenga cada grupo legislativo y su n\u00famero lo determinar\u00e1 la Jucopo; contar\u00e1 con una presidencia, una secretar\u00eda y las vocal\u00edas necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, se enlista a continuaci\u00f3n los nombres de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente y de la diputada o diputado que la conforme, as\u00ed como el cargo que tendr\u00e1 en la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las Comisiones son \u00f3rganos constituidos por el Pleno, que contribuyen a que el Congreso cumpla sus atribuciones, a trav\u00e9s de la elaboraci\u00f3n de dict\u00e1menes, informes o resoluciones, de conformidad con la competencia que para cada una de ellas disponga la ley, la dem\u00e1s normatividad interior del Congreso y las leyes del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Art\u00edculo 38, en su p\u00e1rrafo cuarto, refiere que es obligaci\u00f3n de las Comisiones Permanentes y Especiales publicar su Programa Anual de Trabajo, que incluir\u00e1 la contribuci\u00f3n que en los mismos se proponga para el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, desde el enfoque de la Agenda 2030, as\u00ed como las convocatorias, \u00f3rdenes del d\u00eda y documentos de apoyo, con 24 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n a cada sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
