El pleno del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica <\/strong>aprob\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles 13 de noviembre la reforma que permite a la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, que encabeza Omar Garc\u00eda Harfuch, la facultad de investigar delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por unanimidad, con 120 votos a favor, los senadores avalaron en lo general y los art\u00edculos no reservados del dictamen que reforma la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dictamen ya hab\u00eda sido aprobado en las comisiones unidas de Puntos Constitucionales, Estudios Legislativos Primera y Seguridad del Senado el lunes 11 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 trata la reforma que da \u2018superpoder\u2019 a Harfuch?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de una reforma al art\u00edculo 21 constitucional para reforzar las atribuciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSyPC) y dotarla de instrumentos jur\u00eddicos que permitan su participaci\u00f3n en la investigaci\u00f3n de los delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa, que fue enviada por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, establece que a dicha Secretar\u00eda le corresponder\u00e1 la coordinaci\u00f3n del Sistema Nacional de Inteligencia en materia de seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 coordinar acciones de colaboraci\u00f3n con los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, a trav\u00e9s de las instituciones responsables de seguridad p\u00fablica<\/strong>, los cuales deber\u00e1n proporcionar la informaci\u00f3n que dispongan en la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oposici\u00f3n apoya iniciativa para \u2018empoderar\u2019 a Harfuch… con reservas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Durante la discusi\u00f3n en comisiones, el panista Ricardo Anaya argument\u00f3 su voto a favor por dos razones: Pacificar M\u00e9xico requiere investigaci\u00f3n \u201cbajo coordinaci\u00f3n de un mando civil\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, el excandidato presidencial dijo que es necesario \u201cdesmantelar las organizaciones del crimen organizado porque solo descabezar a las organizaciones no solo no resuelve, sino en muchos de los casos agrava el problema\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anticip\u00f3 que en el debate de la reforma, el oficialismo sacar\u00e1 el tema de Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna, exsecretario de Seguridad sentenciado en Estados Unidos por v\u00ednculos con narcotr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
