{"id":41841,"date":"2024-11-08T09:59:49","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T15:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=41841"},"modified":"2024-11-08T09:59:53","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T15:59:53","slug":"cofepris-alerta-sobre-falsificacion-de-2-medicamentos-contra-el-cancer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=41841","title":{"rendered":"Cofepris alerta sobre falsificaci\u00f3n de 2 medicamentos contra el c\u00e1ncer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022&nbsp;Cofepris exhort\u00f3 a los distribuidores y comercializadores a validar informaci\u00f3n de los productos antes de adquirirlos.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/COFEPRIS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris<\/a>) emiti\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>alerta&nbsp;<\/strong>por la&nbsp;<strong>comercializaci\u00f3n irregular y falsificaci\u00f3n de dos medicamentos utilizados en tratamientos de c\u00e1ncer<\/strong>:&nbsp;<strong><em>Perjeta<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>(pertuzumab) en presentaci\u00f3n de soluci\u00f3n 420 mg\/14 mL y&nbsp;<strong><em>Tagrisso<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>(osimertinib) de 80 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La farmac\u00e9utica Productos Roche, titular del registro sanitario de&nbsp;<em>Perjeta<\/em>, inform\u00f3 a la autoridad sobre lotes falsificados que presentan certificados anal\u00edticos no emitidos por la empresa, mientras que AstraZeneca, responsable de&nbsp;<em>Tagrisso<\/em>, advirti\u00f3 que el lote FJ0327 no fue fabricado por ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;<strong>Cofepris&nbsp;<\/strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la presentaci\u00f3n en frasco de&nbsp;<strong><em>Tagrisso<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>no est\u00e1 autorizada en M\u00e9xico, lo que convierte su venta en una actividad ilegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los n\u00fameros de lote de&nbsp;<strong><em>Perjeta<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>involucrados se encuentran: K8567H92, L3200A27, H0652H02, H0639B03 y H0642B02, con fechas de caducidad entre septiembre de 2022 y abril de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a&nbsp;<em><strong>Tagrisso<\/strong><\/em>, el lote falso tiene fecha de caducidad para junio de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Riesgos para la salud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cofepris&nbsp;<\/strong>advirti\u00f3 que al desconocerse las condiciones de fabricaci\u00f3n, transporte, almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n de estos productos, no es posible garantizar su seguridad, calidad y eficacia, representando un&nbsp;<strong>riesgo para los pacientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recomendaciones para la poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No adquirir ni consumir<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>Perjeta<\/em>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<em>Tagrisso<\/em>&nbsp;con los n\u00fameros de lote y caracter\u00edsticas se\u00f1aladas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Denunciar cualquier comercializaci\u00f3n irregular<\/strong>&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s del portal de denuncia sanitaria de Cofepris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reportar reacciones adversas<\/strong>&nbsp;al correo&nbsp;<em>farmacovigilancia@cofepris.gob.mx<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Precauciones para distribuidores y farmacias<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cofepris&nbsp;<\/strong>inst\u00f3 a distribuidores a validar documentos con los titulares del registro sanitario y a farmacias a adquirir medicamentos solo de distribuidores autorizados.
