{"id":41818,"date":"2024-11-07T17:24:16","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T23:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=41818"},"modified":"2024-11-07T17:24:25","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T23:24:25","slug":"crean-comision-para-el-otorgamiento-de-la-medalla-adolfo-ruiz-cortines-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=41818","title":{"rendered":"Crean Comisi\u00f3n para el otorgamiento de la medalla Adolfo Ruiz Cortines 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Esta instancia, prevista en la Ley de Premios, est\u00e1 conformada por diputadas y diputados de las seis fuerzas pol\u00edticas representadas en el Congreso local.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por acuerdo de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo) de la LXVII Legislatura fue creada la Comisi\u00f3n Especial para el Otorgamiento de la Medalla y Diploma Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, edici\u00f3n 2024, integrada por diputadas y diputados representantes de las seis fuerzas pol\u00edticas del Congreso local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta instancia legislativa qued\u00f3 integrada en los cargos que se mencionan en cada caso por las diputadas y los diputados Bertha Rosal\u00eda Ahued Malpica (Morena), presidenta; Ang\u00e9lica Pe\u00f1a Mart\u00ednez (PVEM), secretaria, y Jos\u00e9 Reveriano Mar\u00edn Hern\u00e1ndez (Morena), Dulce Mar\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez Tepole (PT), Indira de Jes\u00fas Rosales San Rom\u00e1n (PAN), Ana Rosa Vald\u00e9s Salazar (PRI) y Mar\u00eda Elena C\u00f3rdova Molina (MC), en calidad de vocales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a que esta integraci\u00f3n deriva en la elecci\u00f3n de personas, la Mesa Directiva, presidida por la diputada Tanya Carola Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro, instruy\u00f3 la apertura del tablero electr\u00f3nico, que dio como resultado 48 votos a favor, sin abstenciones ni votos en contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la Ley de Premios del estado, esta Medalla ser\u00e1 concedida anualmente por la legislatura local a los veracruzanos que se distingan por sus acciones en la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana de la sociedad y a las instituciones p\u00fablicas o sociales que con sus acciones hayan contribuido a mejorar las condiciones de vida de las y los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, establece que para el otorgamiento de la Medalla, en noviembre de cada a\u00f1o, el Congreso nombrar\u00e1 una comisi\u00f3n de diputadas y diputados que formular\u00e1n y emitir\u00e1n una Convocatoria para que se proponga a personas o instituciones p\u00fablicas o sociales que sean considerados merecedores de tal distinci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las propuestas que se hagan con motivo de la Convocatoria deber\u00e1n acompa\u00f1arse de una semblanza y exposici\u00f3n de motivos. Al t\u00e9rmino del plazo establecido en la Convocatoria, la Comisi\u00f3n seleccionar\u00e1 de entre las y los ciudadanos e instituciones propuestos, a tres que a su juicio sean los de mayor m\u00e9rito para recibir dicha distinci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
