Xalapa, Ver., 06 de noviembre de 2024.-<\/strong> Los coordinadores de los cuatro grupos legislativos y los diputados que no forman bancada en el Congreso del Estado de Veracruz presentaron, durante la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Primer A\u00f1o de Ejercicio Constitucional, las l\u00edneas generales de su propuesta legislativa y ofrecieron di\u00e1logo y debate, a fin de fortalecer el marco legal del estado y mejorar la vida de las y los veracruzanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En primer t\u00e9rmino, el coordinador del Grupo Legislativo de Morena y presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), diputado Esteban Bautista Hern\u00e1ndez, se pronunci\u00f3 por privilegiar el di\u00e1logo con todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas y aclar\u00f3 que contar con la mayor\u00eda representativa no significa una actuaci\u00f3n avasalladora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la tribuna del Recinto Oficial de Sesiones, valor\u00f3 el debate de las ideas, afirm\u00f3 que en la Jucopo, como \u00f3rgano colegiado, caben todas las opiniones y asegur\u00f3 su respeto y reconocimiento a cada integrante de esta legislatura. Esteban Bautista confi\u00f3 en que \u201ccon la participaci\u00f3n de todos, vamos a robustecer este proyecto que se llama Veracruz\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posteriormente, el coordinador del Grupo Legislativo del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM), diputado Carlos Marcelo Ruiz S\u00e1nchez, indic\u00f3 que esta nueva tarea est\u00e1 orientada a la promoci\u00f3n de un desarrollo sostenible que permita a las y los veracruzanos vivir en una sociedad justa, libre y en armon\u00eda con la naturaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expuso los seis ejes prioritarios de la agenda legislativa de la bancada que, afirm\u00f3, ser\u00e1 propositiva, abierta al di\u00e1logo y al intercambio de ideas, dispuesta a respaldar las reformas que sean en beneficio de las familias veracruzanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por el Grupo Legislativo del Partido del Trabajo (PT), el diputado Ram\u00f3n D\u00edaz \u00c1vila consider\u00f3 que esta legislatura es hist\u00f3rica en su composici\u00f3n, con 27 mujeres, que llegaron por mandato popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dijo que desde este Congreso \u201cdebemos tener la visi\u00f3n de anticipar los resultados favorables o desfavorables del trabajo que aqu\u00ed desarrollemos\u201d. Destac\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de su bancada en legislar sobre agricultura, ganader\u00eda, inclusi\u00f3n, seguridad y tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su exposici\u00f3n, el coordinador del Grupo Legislativo del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), diputado Enrique Cambranis Torres, afirm\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n una oposici\u00f3n responsable que asume el compromiso exigido por la confianza de cada veracruzano que anhela un mejor futuro, para s\u00ed y su familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El legislador reconoci\u00f3 que \u201ces una alta responsabilidad representar a quienes creen en la justicia, en la libertad y en la integridad. Los valores de la familia jam\u00e1s pasar\u00e1n de moda, aunque haya ideolog\u00edas que digan todo lo contrario\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n se sum\u00f3 a la voluntad de mantener un di\u00e1logo abierto y, a la vez, firme cuando se trate de defender los valores de la democracia y los que son propios de las y los veracruzanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su vez, el legislador H\u00e9ctor Yunes Landa, del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), anunci\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 una oposici\u00f3n propositiva y responsable, con la capacidad de reconocer los aciertos y se\u00f1alar inexactitudes legislativas cuando sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de crear un Programa de Gobierno que atienda las demandas y las necesidades de las y los veracruzanos. \u201cLa pr\u00f3xima administraci\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1 en este Congreso colaboraci\u00f3n y di\u00e1logo sin prejuicios, pero al mismo tiempo, civilidad y respeto\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, el diputado Adri\u00e1n Sigfrido \u00c1vila Estrada, de Movimiento Ciudadano (MC), dijo que esta plataforma promover\u00e1 pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con un enfoque de universalidad, interdependencia, indivisibilidad, progresividad y transversalidad de los derechos humanos, que propondr\u00e1, analizar\u00e1, debatir\u00e1 y vigilar\u00e1 la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asegur\u00f3 que constituir\u00e1n una oposici\u00f3n respetuosa, responsable, cr\u00edtica, proactiva, que construya y no destruya, que analice las propuestas y proponga iniciativas que prioricen la garant\u00eda de los derechos fundamentales, la protecci\u00f3n al medio ambiente y la igualdad sustantiva, con responsabilidad presupuestaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concluidas las participaciones, la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, diputada Tanya Carola Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro, dio por concluida la sesi\u00f3n y cit\u00f3 a la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria para este jueves 7 de noviembre a las 11:00 horas en el Recinto Oficial de Sesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
