Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Norma Pi\u00f1a, presidenta de la\u00a0<\/strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) y 7 ministros notificaron su renuncia\u00a0al Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, inform\u00f3 Gerardo Fern\u00e1ndez Noro\u00f1a, presidente de la mesa directiva, a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta oficial de X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAcabamos de recibir, hace unos minutos, ocho renuncias de igual n\u00famero de ministros y ministras de la @SCJN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se trata de\u00a0<\/strong>Norma Pi\u00f1a,\u00a0Margarita R\u00edos Farjat, Jorge Pardo, Alfredo Guti\u00e9rrez Ortiz Mena, Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n, Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Alcantara,\u00a0Javier Laynez\u00a0y Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar solo le quedaba un mes como integrante de la Suprema Corte, ya que su periodo conclu\u00eda el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, al ministro&nbsp;<strong>Javier Laynez Potisek<\/strong>&nbsp;y la presidenta de la SCJN,&nbsp;Norma Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez, pr\u00f3ximamente hubiesen cumplido 9 a\u00f1os en el cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p ministros de la Suprema Corte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El morenista politiz\u00f3 el hecho, pues por el mismo medio reclam\u00f3 que hubo quienes escribieron de manera incorrecta su nombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA excepci\u00f3n de los Ministros de la @SCJN Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n y de Jos\u00e9 Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Alc\u00e1ntara Carranc\u00e1, les voy a decir,\u00a0<strong>escriban mi nombre, bellacos<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3 haciendo uso del calificativo que la senadora panista\u00a0Lilly T\u00e9llez us\u00f3 en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez Noro\u00f1a ha amagado con reservarse el derecho de admisi\u00f3n de las renuncias de los magistrados, a fin de que se vayan, pero<strong>&nbsp;sin la liquidaci\u00f3n que les corresponde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Constituci\u00f3n establece que los ministros s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n renunciar por causas graves, y las renuncias deben ser aprobadas por la mayor\u00eda de los presentes de la C\u00e1mara alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La\u00a0reforma judicial\u00a0estableci\u00f3 que los ministros actuales podr\u00edan renunciar, y gozar de su haber de retiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente del Senado tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 hasta ma\u00f1ana cuando se tome protesta a los integrantes del Comit\u00e9 de Evaluaci\u00f3n del Legislativo, que depurar\u00e1<strong>&nbsp;los candidatos a la elecci\u00f3n judicial<\/strong>&nbsp;que proponga este poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso para\u00a0la elecci\u00f3n de jueces, ministros y magistrados\u00a0que integran el Poder Judicial se realizar\u00e1 primer domingo de junio del 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
