Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, rechaz\u00f3 que jueces del Poder Judicial violen reiteradamente la Ley de Amparo al conceder amparos de manera ilegal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al hacer una postura junto con 26 gobernadores afines a Morena, expuso que seguir\u00e1n luchando contra la corrupci\u00f3n en el Poder Judicial, adem\u00e1s, agreg\u00f3 que a este posicionamiento tambi\u00e9n se suma la gobernadora electa de Veracruz, Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAdvertimos que quienes contravienen lo que estipula la ley, ostentando atribuciones que esta no les concede, la violan flagrantemente\u201d, expuso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez coment\u00f3 que los integrantes del Poder Judicial se est\u00e1n extralimitando al ignorar que no se puede otorgar una suspensi\u00f3n definitiva en contra de la publicaci\u00f3n de la reforma al Poder Judicial en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tampoco, subray\u00f3, es posible conceder una medida cautelar en contra de la entrega de las listas de jueces al Senado, ya que se trata de hechos consumados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez reiter\u00f3 su respaldo a la presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, destacando que ha actuado conforme a sus atribuciones constitucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
