{"id":40638,"date":"2024-10-07T17:24:32","date_gmt":"2024-10-07T23:24:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=40638"},"modified":"2024-10-07T17:24:39","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T23:24:39","slug":"impulsa-congreso-generacion-de-mas-espacios-para-la-educacion-en-veracruz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=40638","title":{"rendered":"Impulsa Congreso generaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s espacios para la educaci\u00f3n en Veracruz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Da luz verde a donaci\u00f3n terrenos para escuelas en diversos municipios.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Segundo Receso, la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente aprob\u00f3 los dict\u00e1menes de las Comisiones Permanentes de Ordenamiento Territorial, Vivienda y Fundo Legal y de Hacienda Municipal, relativos a las solicitudes presentadas por diversos ayuntamientos veracruzanos para donar fracciones o terrenos de propiedad municipal que sean destinados a la construcci\u00f3n de planteles educativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este \u00f3rgano legislativo dio autorizaci\u00f3n al ayuntamiento de Coahuitl\u00e1n para donar de manera condicional y, en su caso, revocable, una fracci\u00f3n de terreno a favor del Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n de Veracruz (SEV) para el uso exclusivo de la Escuela Primaria Estatal \u201cLic. Benito Ju\u00e1rez Garc\u00eda\u201d, en la localidad Macedonio Alonso, de ese municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, las diputadas y los diputados votaron a favor de que el ayuntamiento de Cosamaloapan done, en los mismos t\u00e9rminos, una fracci\u00f3n de terreno para las instalaciones de la Telesecundaria \u201cPaulo Freire\u201d en la cabecera municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, los ayuntamientos de Otatitl\u00e1n y San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla tienen la aprobaci\u00f3n del Congreso para realizar id\u00e9nticos procedimientos; en el primer caso, para la Escuela Primaria Estatal \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez Garc\u00eda\u201d, en la cabecera municipal, y en el segundo, cuatro lotes de terreno del fundo legal municipal, para el mismo n\u00famero de instituciones educativas en la localidad de Axochio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente autoriz\u00f3 al ayuntamiento de Calcahualco donar dos fracciones de terreno de propiedad municipal; una, a favor del Banco Bienestar para el funcionamiento de una sucursal y otra, a favor del gobierno estatal, a trav\u00e9s de SEV, para una instituci\u00f3n educativa, y dio su aprobaci\u00f3n al ayuntamiento de Chumatl\u00e1n para la creaci\u00f3n de su Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el aval del Congreso, el ayuntamiento de Orizaba podr\u00e1 enajenar a t\u00edtulo oneroso diversas unidades vehiculares de propiedad municipal como desecho ferroso, y el ayuntamiento de Tuxpan, desincorporar del orden del dominio p\u00fablico para pasar al orden del dominio privado y donar fracciones de terreno de propiedad municipal a favor del Gobierno del Estado para diversas instituciones educativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
