El programa \u201cSalud casa por casa<\/strong>\u201d fue presentado este lunes por la secretaria de Bienestar, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, durante la Ma\u00f1anera del Pueblo encabezada por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa tiene como objetivo garantizar la salud de las personas adultas mayores y personas con discapacidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para implementarla estrategia, la funcionaria detall\u00f3 que se realizar\u00e1 un censo, posteriormente se analizar\u00e1n los resultados para construir los esquemas de atenci\u00f3n personalizados. De esta forma, se realizar\u00e1n las visitas casa por casa, teniendo un control con ayuda de la cartilla de salud y el historial cl\u00ednico de cada paciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIremos a visitar a todos los adultos mayores que hoy tienen acceso a su pensi\u00f3n de 65 a\u00f1os en adelante y a todos los derechohabientes de la pensi\u00f3n para personas con discapacidad; se van a contratar a 20 mil m\u00e9dicas, m\u00e9dicos, enfermeras, enfermeros, para atender y hacer realidad este derecho casa por casa\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Montiel Reyes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

El seguimiento del programa \u201cSalud casa por casa\u201d se realizar\u00e1 de forma peri\u00f3dica de manera bimestral, y el censo, que dar\u00e1 inicio este lunes, prev\u00e9 la visita de m\u00e1s de 13 millones de personas<\/strong> que responder\u00e1n un cuadernillo con 80 preguntas<\/strong> para conocer su estado de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de febrero de 2025<\/strong> comenzar\u00e1n las visitas personalizadas y peri\u00f3dicas por medio de 21 mil 500 enfermeras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La funcionaria adelant\u00f3 que a partir de ma\u00f1ana 8 de octubre, se dar\u00e1n a conocer los m\u00f3dulos para que m\u00e9dicos y enfermeras realicen su contrataci\u00f3n del 21 de octubre al 15 de noviembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el secretario de Salud, David Kershenobich<\/strong>, celebr\u00f3 el programa como parte del fortalecimiento de la medicina preventiva, como parte de la estrategia prioritaria del sector salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl que participen las enfermeras es muy importante porque dentro de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de observar aspectos que tiene que ver con la vida cotidiana, como la posibilidad de escuchar a los adultos mayores, c\u00f3mo se alimentan, etc..\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Explic\u00f3 que el programa busca mitigar las deficiencias que se crean por la falta de asistencia de los adultos mayores a sus consultas, derivado de su falta de movilidad<\/strong>, pues ahora ser\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica la que llegar\u00e1 a su casa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLas enfermeras tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de prescribir medicamentos que previamente se hayan autorizado en el seguimiento de estas personas, eso tambi\u00e9n reforzar\u00e1 el apego al tratamiento\u201d, finaliz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
