\/><\/a>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Es importante que los caballos que se utilizan para recolectar basura en al menos cien colonias de esta ciudad deben de ser remplazados por motocicletas, tal y como se dio a conocer al inicio de la presente administraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed lo declar\u00f3 el regidor y titular de la Comisi\u00f3n de Salud en Xalapa, Mart\u00edn Espinosa Rold\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Quien entrevistado asegur\u00f3 que este proyecto ha sido impulsado por el alcalde Am\u00e9rico Z\u00fa\u00f1iga Mart\u00ednez, sin embargo al momento no se le ha dado el \u201cempuj\u00f3n\u201d necesario para poder llevarlo acabo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl alcalde ha dicho que quiere trabajar en este proyecto, ahorita no tenemos dinero para cambiar a las motos, eso nos han dicho, pero se han comprado carros para este a\u00f1o y ampliar la ruta de recolecci\u00f3n de basura en Xalapa y que los caballos ya no sean utilizados para este trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>El edil capitalino urgi\u00f3 a las autoridades municipales ha trabajar en el tema, pues los due\u00f1os de los caballos tienen un gran nivel de negligencia en la atenci\u00f3n que les brinda, y record\u00f3 que incluso en d\u00edas pasados un animal cay\u00f3 en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica de lo cansado y maltratado que estaba.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTengo que reconocer que por parte de gente due\u00f1a de los caballos hay una parte de negligencia, no todos los llevan al centro de salud animal y ah\u00ed es un llamado para que los lideres de los caballos carretoneros y los due\u00f1os de los caballos sean consientes de que se trata de seres vivos, de seres vivientes, que sienten y que no es justo que los anden trayendo en condiciones deplorables\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Es
