recepci\u00f3n del proyecto, 66 ayuntamientos expresan su voto a favor y en 57 se configura la afirmativa ficta.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la LXVI Legislatura del estado de Veracruz emiti\u00f3 la declaratoria de la reforma constitucional, aprobada por esta Soberan\u00eda el pasado 31 de julio, en materia de nuevas fechas para el inicio de gobierno y legislatura en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, tras la lectura del documento presentado por la Secretar\u00eda General, en el que se informa que 66 ayuntamientos expresaron su voto a favor del Decreto y que en 57 ayuntamientos se actualiza la figura de afirmativa ficta, al transcurrir el periodo de 30 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la recepci\u00f3n del proyecto sin que en ese plazo comunicaran su decisi\u00f3n sobre el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la lectura, la secretaria de la Mesa Directiva, diputada Arianna Guadalupe \u00c1ngeles Aguirre, inform\u00f3 que de la documentaci\u00f3n enviada a los ayuntamientos la oficina de Correos devolvi\u00f3 tres sobres dirigidos a los ayuntamientos de Omealca, Sochiapa y Soledad Atzompa, por no haber encontrado un responsable para recibir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art\u00edculo 28 de la Ley Reglamentaria del Art\u00edculo 84 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica local, en materia de reformas constitucionales parciales, y al cumplir con el aval de los ayuntamientos de la entidad, la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, diputada Adriana Esther Mart\u00ednez S\u00e1nchez, declar\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n de dicha reforma constitucional e instruy\u00f3 remitir el Decreto al Ejecutivo estatal para su promulgaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n en la Gaceta Oficial del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la
