{"id":39527,"date":"2024-09-11T17:08:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T23:08:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=39527"},"modified":"2024-09-11T17:08:26","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T23:08:26","slug":"aprueba-congreso-de-veracruz-la-minuta-de-reforma-al-poder-judicial-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=39527","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Congreso de Veracruz la Minuta de reforma al Poder Judicial Federal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Respalda Legislatura estatal la reforma impulsada a nivel nacional, que prev\u00e9 un nuevo modelo de justicia para el pa\u00eds.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con 32 votos a favor, el Pleno de la LXVI Legislatura del estado de Veracruz aprob\u00f3 la Minuta con proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de reforma del Poder Judicial, remitida por la C\u00e1mara de Senadores del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, celebrada este d\u00eda a partir de las 10:36 horas, se puso a consideraci\u00f3n del Pleno legislativo esta Minuta, misma que adem\u00e1s de los 32 votos a favor, registr\u00f3 11 en contra, sin abstenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el Congreso del Estado de Veracruz encabeza la lista de las primeras legislaturas del pa\u00eds, como Oaxaca, Tabasco y Quintana Roo en aprobar la Minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Mesa Directiva, presidida por la diputada Adriana Esther Mart\u00ednez S\u00e1nchez, dio lectura al Orden del D\u00eda y tras el desahogo de cada uno de los puntos, abri\u00f3 el debate para que cada Grupo Legislativo o diputadas y diputados que no forman grupo expresaran sus posicionamientos. Participaron los diputados Miguel David Hermida Copado y Marlon Eduardo Ram\u00edrez Mar\u00edn, as\u00ed como la diputada Maribel Ram\u00edrez Topete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n en lo general y lo particular de la Minuta, se instruy\u00f3 emitir el Decreto correspondiente y remitir al Ejecutivo estatal para su publicaci\u00f3n en la Gaceta Oficial del Estado, as\u00ed como a la C\u00e1mara de Senadores para los efectos constitucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
