cumpli\u00f3 con plan de remediaci\u00f3n que se le orden\u00f3.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos<\/strong>&nbsp;lograron un acuerdo sobre el caso de violaciones de<strong>&nbsp;derechos laborales&nbsp;<\/strong>de nueve trabajadores despedidos de la planta de montaje de<strong>&nbsp;Volkswagen en Puebla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Departamento de\u00a0<strong>Trabajo de Estados Unidos<\/strong>\u00a0inform\u00f3 que la\u00a0<strong>empresa cumpli\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0con el plan de remediaci\u00f3n que se le instruy\u00f3 por la denegaci\u00f3n de derechos laborales contra los trabajadores que despidi\u00f3\u00a0<strong>entre finales de 2023 y comienzo de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, la&nbsp;<strong>Oficina del Representante Comercial de Estados Unidos<\/strong>&nbsp;orden\u00f3 reanudar los pagos pendientes por exportaciones que ten\u00edan con dicha empresa con sede en Puebla, los cuales hab\u00edan sido&nbsp;retenidos por este conflicto laboral que viol\u00f3 el acuerdo del&nbsp;<strong>Tratado Comercial entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron los acuerdos?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de seis mesas de negociaciones, con la asistencia del&nbsp;<strong>Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral,<\/strong>&nbsp;se llegaron a los siguientes acuerdos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La reinstalaci\u00f3n de ocho personas el 6 y 8 de agosto de 2024, incluyendo el pago de salarios ca\u00eddos y de todas las prestaciones acordadas durante las mesas de di\u00e1logo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La liquidaci\u00f3n a un trabajador mediante la suscripci\u00f3n de un convenio de terminaci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n laboral, que incluy\u00f3 el pago de indemnizaci\u00f3n constitucional, 20 d\u00edas por cada a\u00f1o de servicio, prima de antig\u00fcedad de acuerdo con la\u00a0<strong>Ley Federal del Trabajo<\/strong>\u00a0y todas las prestaciones acordadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, suman&nbsp;21 casos que Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico han resuelto bajo el&nbsp;<em>Mecanismo Laboral de Respuesta
