Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde Explica Puntos Principales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La titular de la Segob, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde Luj\u00e1n habl\u00f3 sobre la posible elecci\u00f3n de jueces, ministros y magistrados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde Luj\u00e1n<\/strong>, secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n (<strong>Segob<\/strong>), explic\u00f3 hoy 20 de agosto de 2024 en qu\u00e9 consiste la\u00a0Reforma al Poder Judicial\u00a0y detall\u00f3 los puntos principales, luego de las modificaciones que se hicieron a la iniciativa propuesta por el presidente\u00a0Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador\u00a0(<strong>AMLO<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 16 de agosto, el coordinador de los diputados de\u00a0Morena,\u00a0<strong>Ignacio Mier Velazco<\/strong>, dio a conocer que el\u00a0<strong>dictamen de la Reforma Judicial\u00a0<\/strong>contiene\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de 100 cambios<\/strong>, con respecto a la iniciativa original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 Consiste Reforma al Poder Judicial?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la conferencia de prensa matutina de este martes en Palacio Nacional, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde&nbsp;<strong>explic\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;los puntos principales de la&nbsp;<strong>iniciativa constitucional<\/strong>&nbsp;para reformar al&nbsp;<strong>Poder Judicial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se pide que haya un \u00f3rgano que vigile la actitud de los magistrados, hoy existe el Consejo de la Judicatura, pero es juez y parte porque pertenece al Poder Judicial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un tribunal de disciplina judicial independiente de la suprema Corte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluaci\u00f3n de desempe\u00f1o de jueces y magistrados, cada nueve a\u00f1os deben volver a la boleta para el voto popular<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobre sueldos de ministros: topados a la remuneraci\u00f3n de la Presidencia. en Palacio Nacional que \u00abla primera etapa, la&nbsp;<strong>primera<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>elecci\u00f3n<\/strong>, (en caso de que se apruebe la iniciativa) ser\u00e1 el 1 de junio de 2025, se elige toda la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, todo el tribunal de disciplina, las dos vacantes del tribunal electoral y la mitad de jueces y mitad de magistradas y magistrados\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>segunda<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>etapa<\/strong>&nbsp;y elecci\u00f3n \u00abpara concluir con toda la renovaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial\u00bb, ser\u00eda en 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La titular de Segob detall\u00f3 que una vez que los&nbsp;<strong>aspirantes<\/strong>&nbsp;cumplan con los requisitos establecidos para aspira a alg\u00fan puesto en el Poder Judicial \u00abse har\u00e1 una&nbsp;<strong>selecci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y despu\u00e9s una insaculaci\u00f3n, una&nbsp;<strong>t\u00f3mbola<\/strong>, de donde saldr\u00e1n tres&nbsp;<strong>candidatos<\/strong>&nbsp;por cargos para ministros, magistrados electorales y tribunales de disciplina, y dos para el caso de magistrados y jueces\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Una vez la elecci\u00f3n de aspirantes, viene el d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n popular, todos vamos a salir a las urnas a votar por jueces, magistrados y ministros.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>PUBLICIDAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcalde Luj\u00e1n mostr\u00f3 el ejemplo de&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>boleta<\/strong>&nbsp;que se utilizar\u00eda para elegir a jueces, ministros y magistrados. \u00abVamos a&nbsp;<strong>votar<\/strong>&nbsp;por cinco mujeres y cinco hombres para jueces, magistrados; para ministros habremos de votar para nueve ministros, cinco mujeres y cuatro hombres, y para el tribunal de disciplina por cinco\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria federal detall\u00f3 que al reverso de la&nbsp;<strong>boleta<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00abveremos los nombres de qui\u00e9nes se est\u00e1n&nbsp;<strong>postulando<\/strong>\u00ab, y dio detalles de c\u00f3mo ser\u00edan las campa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El INE ser\u00e1 responsable de organizar, supervisar y fiscalizar la elecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campa\u00f1as durar\u00edan dos meses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No se permite financiamiento\u00a0p\u00fablico o privado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Habr\u00eda tiempos en radio y televisi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se organizar\u00edan debates\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde asegur\u00f3 que en caso de que se&nbsp;<strong>apruebe<\/strong>&nbsp;la iniciativa constitucional para reformar
