feminicidio de la enfermera de Coatzacoalcos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ana Lilia Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal general del estado, Ver\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez Gi\u00e1dans, adelant\u00f3 que ya est\u00e1 plenamente identificado el autor intelectual del feminicidio de Noriko Dayana Quezada en Coatzacoalcos, por lo que hay orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del responsable y la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n es un tema pasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abHay un detenido con orden de aprehensi\u00f3n como presunto feminicida, ya hay orden de aprehensi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n contra otra persona\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso, que ya cuentan con un detenido; sin embargo hay otra persona implicada en el asesinato quien cuenta con una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n que mantiene la fiscal\u00eda es un tema pasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aegur\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 impunidad en este y ning\u00fan caso de feminicidio en el territorio veracruzano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que derivado de actos de investigaci\u00f3n realizados por la trilog\u00eda investigadora, el pasado viernes se solicit\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra dos presuntos responsables del feminicidio de Noriko Dallana \u201cN\u201d, hechos suscitados el d\u00eda 19 de este mes, a las afueras de la cl\u00ednica 36 del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, en Coatzacoalcos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este domingo, elementos de la polic\u00eda ministerial cumplimentaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Luis Alfredo \u201cN\u201d, como presunto responsable del delito de feminicidio, a quien se le considera presunto autor material del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respeto al debido proceso y a sus derechos humanos, Luis Alfredo \u201cN\u201d, ser\u00e1 presentado en audiencia inicial ante el juez de control y procedimiento penal oral, quien definir\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica dentro del proceso penal 588\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la
