{"id":37235,"date":"2024-07-17T11:17:17","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T17:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=37235"},"modified":"2024-07-17T11:23:19","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T17:23:19","slug":"declaran-a-fernando-yunes-diputado-electo-como-sustraido-de-la-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=37235","title":{"rendered":"Declaran a Fernando Yunes, diputado electo, como sustra\u00eddo de la justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exalcalde del puerto de Veracruz,\u00a0Fernando Yunes M\u00e1rquez,\u00a0no se present\u00f3 a la cita que ten\u00eda programada este martes en los juzgados para comparecer por una investigaci\u00f3n que se le sigue por la presunta comisi\u00f3n de un delito electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El virtual diputado electo por la v\u00eda plurinominal tampoco envi\u00f3 ning\u00fan justificante ni a sus abogados,<strong>&nbsp;as\u00ed que fue declarado sustra\u00eddo de la acci\u00f3n de la justicia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cita estaba programada a las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana en los juzgados de la avenida Jim\u00e9nez Sur y la calle Alvarado, en&nbsp;la colonia Ortiz Rubio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora,<strong>&nbsp;la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) tendr\u00e1 facultades para solicitar en cualquier momento una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en contra de Yunes M\u00e1rquez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fernando Yunes: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 lo investigan?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia contra Fernando data del 2021, sin embargo, el proceso fue iniciado hasta este a\u00f1o bajo el n\u00famero 638\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fernando Yunes M\u00e1rquez dej\u00f3 la Presidencia Municipal de Veracruz, que qued\u00f3 en manos de Patricia Lobeira de Yunes, esposa de su hermano Miguel \u00c1ngel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apenas la semana pasada\u00a0se gir\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de\u00a0Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes M\u00e1rquez,\u00a0senador electo por el PAN, por los delitos de mentir a la autoridad, documentaci\u00f3n falsa y fraude procesal.
