{"id":36852,"date":"2024-07-08T18:44:44","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T00:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=36852"},"modified":"2024-07-08T18:44:52","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T00:44:52","slug":"parlamento-veracruz-reforma-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=36852","title":{"rendered":"Parlamento Veracruz &#8211; Reforma Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Reforma Judicial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Juan Javier G\u00f3mez Cazar\u00edn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En diciembre del 2022, aqu\u00ed en Veracruz desaparecimos a un Tribunal Estatal de Justicia Administrativa costoso, holgaz\u00e1n, ineficiente e ineficaz, que estaba entre los \u00faltimos del pa\u00eds en cuanto a resultados. Nada menos que herencia del yunismo, \u00bfse imaginan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una Reforma Constitucional lo sustituimos por completo con el nuevo Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado de Veracruz, con otras personas a cargo de las magistraturas, que ahora s\u00ed chambean porque saben que el pueblo est\u00e1 vigilante y que se deben a la gente. Los resultados despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1o y medio han sido favorables para la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iron\u00edas de la vida, en enero de este a\u00f1o la propia Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n aval\u00f3 la constitucionalidad de esa Reforma, volvi\u00e9ndola inatacable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ese antecedente y esa experiencia en nuestra tierra, este viernes, en Xalapa, se celebrar\u00e1 un foro organizado por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n sobre la Reforma al Poder Judicial. Desde luego, estaremos atentos de su contenido y de su desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 2 de junio fue una elecci\u00f3n de proyecto nacional. La gente no vot\u00f3 solamente por la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, algunos Gobiernos Estatales o Congresos Locales \u2013como en Veracruz-. La gente vot\u00f3 por el pa\u00eds que quiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidatas y candidatos de Morena asumieron la Reforma al Poder Judicial como una de sus propuestas electorales. Hicieron campa\u00f1a poniendo a consideraci\u00f3n de la gente esta Reforma, entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos decir, con raz\u00f3n, que la Reforma al Poder Judicial cuenta, por adelantado, con la legitimidad democr\u00e1tica del contundente pronunciamiento del pueblo a favor de Morena y de su plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la Reforma debe transitar todo el proceso legislativo, creo que todos estamos de acuerdo en que ser\u00e1 aprobada este septiembre sin mayores problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para m\u00ed ser\u00e1 un honor que esta Legislatura, que acaba el 4 de noviembre, sea una de las primeras del pa\u00eds, actuando en nuestro car\u00e1cter de Constituyente Permanente, que sancione la Minuta y pavimente el camino a su promulgaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo hemos hecho en todas las iniciativas de Reforma Constitucional impulsadas por el Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador y as\u00ed lo haremos hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de nuestro encargo en el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa a d\u00f3nde me lleve \u2013o no me lleve- la pol\u00edtica y el servicio p\u00fablico, siempre conservar\u00e9 el orgullo de que el imponente edificio de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 varios ladrillos que puse con mi voto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Diputado local.
