Perote, Delfino Ortega, fue trasladado a esta ciudad para ser internado en un hospital luego de que present\u00f3 una crisis hipertensiva tras permanecer retenido por pobladores de Totalco e integrantes de Movimiento en Defensa del Agua de la Cuenca Libres\u2013Oriental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde, que fue liberado la noche de este martes por los pobladores, present\u00f3 un incremento en la presi\u00f3n arterial y tuvo que ser traslado de emergencia a un hospital privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que Delfino Ortega permaneci\u00f3 retenido por m\u00e1s de 24 horas en la localidad de Totalco por parte de ciudadanos que exigieron la presentaci\u00f3n de autoridades del Gobierno del estado para lograr la firma de acuerdos tras el desalojo violento que dej\u00f3 como saldo dos personas muertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se inform\u00f3 que el alcalde permanecer\u00e1 internado durante este mi\u00e9rcoles y ser\u00e1 sometido a varios ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que tras el desalojo del 20 de junio el alcalde estuvo durante viernes y s\u00e1bado con los manifestantes, posterior a ello se ten\u00eda previsto firmar una minuta de acuerdos con autoridades del Gobierno de Veracruz el pasado lunes pero no acudi\u00f3 la representaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto motiv\u00f3 que los manifestantes reactivaran el bloqueo de la carretera Xalapa-Perote a la altura de la empresa Granjas Carroll y retuvieran al alcalde como garant\u00eda de que llegaran las autoridades estatales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El martes integrantes del Cabildo de Perote solicitaron por oficio al gobernador de Veracruz, Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez su intervenci\u00f3n para lograr la liberaci\u00f3n del alcalde, pero no hubo respuesta positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que este mi\u00e9rcoles se ten\u00eda planeada la realizaci\u00f3n de una sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo solicitada por habitantes de la localidad de Totalco; sin embargo, ante el estado de salud del alcalde se sabe que los ediles no podr\u00edan convocar a esta sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
