Yunes Marquez, no se presentar\u00e1 ante el juzgado de Pacho Viejo, en Coatepec, Veracruz para rendir declaraci\u00f3n por una denuncia que tiene por falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El excandidato al gobierno de Veracruz en el 2018, justific\u00f3 su falta asegurando que se encuentra mal de salud y que no puede levantarse de cama, pues est\u00e1 esperando una operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es la segunda ocasi\u00f3n que Yunes Marquez no asiste a los juzgados de Pacho Vejo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que fue el Juez de Control de Juzgado del D\u00e9cimo Primer Distrito Judicial, Oscar Luis Lozada Hern\u00e1ndez quien extendi\u00f3 el citatorio, luego de que en el 2021, cuando Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes intent\u00f3 ser candidato a la alcald\u00eda de Veracruz puerto, se le denunci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los delitos por los cuales se present\u00f3 la denuncia es\u00a0 por abuso de autoridad, coalici\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico de influencias, falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos y falsificaci\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos contra la fe p\u00fablica.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
