{"id":35703,"date":"2024-06-10T14:12:25","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T20:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=35703"},"modified":"2024-06-10T14:15:41","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T20:15:41","slug":"inicia-hoy-el-plazo-para-que-oposicion-impugne-comicios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=35703","title":{"rendered":"Inicia hoy el plazo para que oposici\u00f3n impugne comicios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PAN, PRI y PRD tendr\u00e1n 4 d\u00edas para presentar pruebas de inequidad o injerencia del crimen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de hoy, X\u00f3chitl G\u00e1lvez y los partidos que la postularon tienen cuatro d\u00edas para acudir ante el Tribunal Electoral a impugnar el triunfo de Claudia Sheinbaum, acusar inequidad por la intervenci\u00f3n del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador o la presunta injerencia del crimen organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de que este domingo el INE cerr\u00f3 con la declaratoria de los resultados legales de la elecci\u00f3n federal que incluye la presidencial, la de C\u00e1mara de Diputados y el Senado, la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n toma las riendas hasta declarar a Claudia Sheinbaum presidenta electa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista, el magistrado Felipe de la Mata Piza\u00f1a explic\u00f3 el proceso que viene para la Sala Superior, las rutas de las impugnaciones que se puedan presentar y el reto de convocar a una sexta magistratura para declarar la validez de la elecci\u00f3n presidencial ante el incumplimiento del Senado de nombrar vacantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dNo quiero hacer ning\u00fan prejuicio, no puedo pronunciarme, pero voy a decir algo evidente: las elecciones como eran en mi infancia en los a\u00f1os 80, con una Comisi\u00f3n Federal Electoral presidida por el secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n, con decisiones con argumentos pol\u00edticos, esas elecciones son cosas del pasado.
