{"id":35686,"date":"2024-06-10T12:15:31","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T18:15:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=35686"},"modified":"2024-06-10T12:15:38","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T18:15:38","slug":"familiares-de-joven-muerto-en-palacio-municipal-de-xico-exigen-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=35686","title":{"rendered":"Familiares de joven muerto en palacio municipal de Xico exigen justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsabilizan a polic\u00edas municipales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ana Lilia Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>Familiares de Carlos Alberto Chama, que fue encontrado muerto en la celda municipal del ayuntamiento de Xico, denunciaron inconsistencias e irregularidades en el caso, ya que\u00a0 a pesar de haber sido detenido no se cuenta con un registro de la detenci\u00f3n y\u00a0 la versi\u00f3n oficial es que se suicid\u00f3, pero\u00a0 el cuerpo ten\u00eda huellas de violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivia Yoval Garrido y Guadalupe Hern\u00e1ndez Yoval, madre y hermana de Carlos, se\u00f1alaron que el joven de 30 a\u00f1os ya hab\u00eda recibido amenazas de la polic\u00eda municipal y que tras ser detenido le negaron informaci\u00f3n a la familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denunci\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda no le ha dado seguimiento a pesar de que existe una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNo les est\u00e1n dando seguimiento. No est\u00e1n atendiendo el caso. Nosotros ni tan siquiera hemos ido a declarar porque no nos han dicho nada&nbsp; por parte de ninguna autoridad, no&nbsp; nos han dicho qui\u00e9n fue el primer respondiente porque motivo lo detuvieron . En d\u00f3nde aparte lo que m\u00e1s me parece incre\u00edble es que no existe un certificado m\u00e9dico, c\u00f3mo es posible que no exista, porque est\u00e1n violentando los derechos de mi hermano\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guadalupe Hern\u00e1ndez acus\u00f3 que es la segunda ocasi\u00f3n que una persona muere al interior de una celda de la comandancia municipal, por lo cual demandaron una investigaci\u00f3n a fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos dieron muchas largas para entregarnos la documentaci\u00f3n, hay muchas inconsistencias, mi hermano presentaba golpes en el cuerpo, moretones y signos de tortura, por eso estamos indignadas por esta situaci\u00f3n. No tenemos apoyo de las autoridades, ni el presidente municipal se acerc\u00f3 para darnos una explicaci\u00f3n de lo que hab\u00eda sucedido, les preguntamos el motivo de la detenci\u00f3n y nadie nos quiso dar informaci\u00f3n\u201d.<br>Adem\u00e1s dijo que la fiscal Thelma Matilde Mora Galv\u00e1n encargada del caso no ha atendido a la familia y a pesar de que hay una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n,&nbsp; no se avanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que recordar que pasado jueves 6 de junio fue detenido Carlos Alberto Chama y llevado a una celda al interior del Palacio Municipal de Xico, el viernes de inform\u00f3 que hab\u00eda quitado la vida, colg\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img
