fin de salvaguardar la vida y patrimonio de la poblaci\u00f3n xalape\u00f1a, el Ayuntamiento, a trav\u00e9s del Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, present\u00f3 el Plan Operativo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Recomendaciones por el inicio de la Temporada de Lluvias y Ciclones Tropicales 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del organismo, el regidor Diego David Florescano P\u00e9rez reconoci\u00f3 la labor que integrantes de todos los organismos de protecci\u00f3n civil y de atenci\u00f3n por emergencias realizan ante eventos asociados a la crisis clim\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el regidor Carlos Rugerio Mart\u00ednez, destac\u00f3 que la protecci\u00f3n civil es un asunto de suma importancia que requiere la participaci\u00f3n de todos los sectores sociales, sobre todo en el caso de la Temporada de Lluvias y Ciclones Tropicales 2024, que inici\u00f3 el 1 de junio y concluir\u00e1 el 30 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la Sesi\u00f3n, se dio a conocer que se prev\u00e9 que a partir del 15 de junio se presenten las primeras lluvias de la temporada, con puntuales de 30 a 60 mil\u00edmetros, y para los meses m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos, de agosto a octubre, se registrar\u00edan precipitaciones de 40 a 70 mil\u00edmetros acumulados en 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, el director de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Luis Sardi\u00f1a Salgado, present\u00f3 el Plan Operativo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Recomendaciones para la atenci\u00f3n de contingencias y sectores en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso que la dependencia a su cargo est\u00e1 lista para hacer frente a esta temporada, con este Plan y las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas implementadas por la Administraci\u00f3n para promover acciones de prevenci\u00f3n y operativas en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda y el Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas acciones, adem\u00e1s de proteger la vida y patrimonio familiar, agreg\u00f3, contribuyen a disminuir las afectaciones vinculadas a las contingencias y evitar da\u00f1os a la infraestructura p\u00fablica e instalaciones estrat\u00e9gicas, como escuelas y hospitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, emiti\u00f3 la declaratoria para que el Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil se mantenga en Sesi\u00f3n Permanente hasta el 30 de noviembre, con el fin de auxiliar a la ciudadan\u00eda hasta la conclusi\u00f3n de la Temporada de Lluvias y Ciclones Tropicales 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
