El impactante video comenz\u00f3 a difundirse en redes sociales, mostrando a uno de los uniformados&nbsp;<strong>agrediendo a un hombre de aproximadamente 25 a\u00f1os<\/strong>&nbsp;en el estacionamiento de la Comisar\u00eda de Seguridad y Tr\u00e1nsito local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la grabaci\u00f3n, se observa a un&nbsp;<strong>polic\u00eda municipal sosteniendo al hombre&nbsp;<\/strong>mientras en redes se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el elemento que golpea al detenido con la tabla hasta en ocho ocasiones es&nbsp;<strong>Esteban Flores Mar\u00edn<\/strong>, t\u00e9cnico operativo de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n brutal se aleg\u00f3 que el detenido hab\u00eda cometido un robo junto a un c\u00f3mplice. \u201c\u00bfNo que si la aguantabas? \u00bfNo que si la aguantabas, g\u00fcey? Ah\u00ed est\u00e1s de verguero que si la aguantas\u201d, se escucha decir en el video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la golpiza, el t\u00e9cnico operativo continu\u00f3 el interrogatorio, propinando un pu\u00f1etazo al detenido y machuc\u00e1ndole los pies con la tabla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\" style=\"max-width:550px\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/cdn.jwplayer.com\/videos\/lkB0gU3T-640.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CODHEM abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En un segundo momento, la persona que grab\u00f3 el video tambi\u00e9n captur\u00f3 im\u00e1genes de otro grupo de oficiales que manten\u00edan a una mujer bajo custodia, quien supuestamente hab\u00eda participado en el mismo atraco. \u201cEst\u00e1 toda la gente que rob\u00f3, ya estuvo una vez y no entiende\u201d, se\u00f1alaron los agentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos lamentables hechos, la&nbsp;<strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>&nbsp;(CODHEM) inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente con n\u00famero&nbsp;<strong>CODHEM\/CUAUM\/65\/2024<\/strong>, donde destaca que se har\u00e1 por los golpes con la tabla por parte del uniformado y en presencia de m\u00e1s elementos que solo est\u00e1n de espectadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa CODHEM ha instruido a su personal realizar una investigaci\u00f3n por los hechos referidos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n solicitar informes al Ayuntamiento de Cuautitl\u00e1n y dem\u00e1s autoridades que se vean involucradas en el desarrollo de esta indagatoria, con el objetivo de determinar si existieron violaciones a los derechos humanos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el organismo estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el Ayuntamiento en un escueto comunicado inform\u00f3 que se har\u00e1 la investigaci\u00f3n interna correspondiente, pero no se\u00f1al\u00f3 si \u00e9l o los elementos fueron separados de su cargo, pero confirm\u00f3 que hasta el momento no hay una denuncia formal por parte de la persona violentada. La comunidad y diversas organizaciones de derechos humanos est\u00e1n exigiendo una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva y sanciones para los responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo s\u00e9 desgasten en dar explicaciones, siempre ser\u00e1 lo mismo\u201d, \u201cPero si son unos verdaderos mercenarios cazando automovilistas por cualquier motivo\u201d, se puede leer entre los comentarios sobre la polic\u00eda municipal de esta alcald\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El c<strong>aso de tortura en la Comisar\u00eda de Cuautitl\u00e1n<\/strong>&nbsp;pone en entredicho la integridad de las fuerzas policiales y&nbsp;<strong>aumenta la presi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;sobre el gobierno municipal para abordar las&nbsp;<strong>denuncias de abuso y corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;dentro de sus
