M\u00e9xico a la candidatura a la diputaci\u00f3n de Xalapa 11, Rafael Hern\u00e1ndez \u00abZapatitos\u00bb, resalt\u00f3 que uno de sus ejes rectores de sus propuestas de campa\u00f1a es la de mejorar la seguridad para la ciudad, esto desde el Congreso Estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su tercer d\u00eda de campa\u00f1a, coment\u00f3 que se puede lograr, desde la legislatura ,la aprobar un mayor presupuesto para que opere la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafael P\u00e9rez hizo recorrido en las colonias 1 de Marzo, Brisas del R\u00edo Sede\u00f1o y Lomas del Sede\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El candidato de Fuerza por M\u00e9xico expuso que uno de los ejes rectores de su plataforma electoral: Bienestar Social, Educaci\u00f3n de Calidad, Modernizaci\u00f3n Incluyente y Desarrollo Sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la
