coordinador de campa\u00f1a.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa , Ver.- <\/strong>El empresario Arturo Castagn\u00e9 Couturier, present\u00f3 una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Materia de Delitos Electorales en contra del alcalde con licencia de Mart\u00ednez de la Torre, Rodrigo Calder\u00f3n as\u00ed como a la candidata de \u00abSigamos Haciendo Historia\u00bb , Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que la denuncia es con el fundamento en lo dispuesto en diversos art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n y de la Ley General en Materia de Delitos Electorales y dem\u00e1s relativos y aplicables del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, del C\u00f3digo Penal Federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abVengo a poner en conocimiento de esta Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Electorales, cometidos por Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda, candidata por la coalici\u00f3n de los partidos de MORENA, Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico, Partido del Trabajo y Fuerza por M\u00e9xico y, Rodrigo Calder\u00f3n Salas, alcalde con licencia del municipio de Mart\u00ednez de la Torre\u00bb, detall\u00f3 en la denuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso que dichas manifestaciones se fundan en los siguientes hechos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PRIMERO: NORMA ROCIO NAHLE GARC\u00cdA, ha utilizado un veh\u00edculo propiedad del ayuntamiento de Mart\u00ednez de la Torre, Veracruz, en actos proselitistas de campa\u00f1a, tal como ha quedado registrado en diversas notas period\u00edsticas y videos que circulan en internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 un video que se agrega a la denuncia, en el que se aprecia un conjunto de camionetas de lujo encabezados por una camioneta CLASE SUBURBAN, color blanco, placas de circulaci\u00f3n YSL-580-A, con la leyenda ROCIO NAHLE GOBERNADORA, precandidata \u00abPor Amor a Veracruz\u00bb estampada en la parte frontal del veh\u00edculo, y en la parte del copiloto se aprecia una persona del sexo femenino cuyos rasgos fision\u00f3micos coinciden con los de la candidata NORMA ROCIO NAHLE GARC\u00cdA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en el v\u00eddeo saluda de mano a dos personas que se acercan a la camioneta antes referida y en octavo lugar de la mencionada caravana de veh\u00edculos se aprecia una SUBURBAN, con placas de circulaci\u00f3n YBE 044 A, emitida por la empresa GOMSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la informaci\u00f3n que
