A partir de ese momento comenzar\u00e1s a recibir publicidad de diversas opciones de inversi\u00f3n que te bajar\u00e1n el cielo y las estrellas para convencerte de que, les lleves tu dinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Cuidado!, encontrar\u00e1s m\u00faltiples formas de invertir desde casas inmobiliarias, ahorros por tandas, fondeo de negocios para participar de las utilidades, y, much\u00edsimas aplicaciones de ahorro que no son banca tradicional ofreci\u00e9ndote hasta el 15 por ciento mensual o m\u00e1s por tus ahorros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya hemos hablado en otras ocasiones de ese crimen financiero que represent\u00f3 la flor de la abundancia, los telares, y otros proyectos piramidales que han dejado a las personas que osaron participar de ellas, b\u00e1sicamente en la calle, sin amistades, sin patrimonio, sin matrimonio y a veces hasta sin familia por haber cre\u00eddo en la promesa de ganar poniendo a trabajar su dinero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que por ahora lo que nos importa es hablar de las famosas aplicaciones m\u00f3viles de ahorro o inversi\u00f3n o de las instituciones de tecnolog\u00eda financiera y de saber que lo importante en primer lugar, es revisar que se trata de una app segura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En efecto por all\u00e1 del a\u00f1o dos mil diecisiete comenzaron los primeros visos de lo que para el a\u00f1o dos mil dieciocho fue la Ley para regular a las Instituciones de Tecnolog\u00eda Financiera la famosa Ley Fintech, de la que muy poco se conoce hasta la fecha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y que, con muchos <em>asegunes<\/em>, tampoco ha logrado dar cobertura total y seguridad jur\u00eddica a los usuarios de servicios financieros que detestan la banca tradicional, por razones que no vienen al caso comentar, pero que son fundadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed migraron a esas opciones que a un menor costo y tiempo les permiten disponer de sus recursos para hacer pagos, guardar dinero, y ahora hasta invertir con ellos, pues la ley se los permite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desafortunadamente, y como siempre este r\u00edo revuelto de \u201coportunidades\u201d de negocio y siempre con el sue\u00f1o aqu\u00e9l de un mejor futuro o una mejor calidad de vida para la familia, termina haci\u00e9ndonos caer en infortunios cuando no tomamos medidas b\u00e1sicas para identificar, por lo menos la legal existencia de estas empresas, y sus reglas del juego.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En efecto, muchos defraudadores de la red, se disfrazan de financiera, o de caja de ahorros, como gancho, para despojar de su dinero a las personas y luego de un tiempo desaparecer sin dejar el menor rastro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que lo primero que debes hacer es revisar el cat\u00e1logo de las Fintech; que vas a encontrar en la p\u00e1gina de la Condusef, para saber cu\u00e1les se encuentran registradas porque han sido autorizadas para operar por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV), tambi\u00e9n de esta \u00faltima puedes obtener informaci\u00f3n y confirmar si esa instituci\u00f3n a la que te interes\u00f3 darle tus ahorros se encuentra registrada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para empezar, digo, porque si no est\u00e1 autorizada para captar recursos del p\u00fablico, pues ya de antemano sabes que le saldr\u00e1n alitas a tu dinero. Revisar su cumplimiento es importante, y sus contratos para saber a lo que te atienes, y a\u00fan m\u00e1s importante el que te enteres, dependiendo del sector al que pertenecen, si tu dinero cuenta con un seguro de ahorrador y a cu\u00e1nto asciende, es decir si ah\u00ed en esa instituci\u00f3n tus ahorros estar\u00e1n protegidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la banca tradicional precisamente el d\u00eda de ayer 11 de abril el Instituto de Protecci\u00f3n al Ahorro Bancario (IPAB) dio a conocer el monto del seguro por el cual se encuentran protegidos los ahorros de los usuarios el cual asciende a 400,000 UDI\u00b4s o su equivalente en pesos 3 millones 252 mil 90 pesos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu\u00e1ntas familias quedaron en el desamparo por haber sido v\u00edctimas de fraude o robo de sus ahorros, no significa que tengas que optar por una u otra opci\u00f3n mucho menos estoy aconsejando que vayas a donde ya no quieres ir, pues considero que en la diversidad de opciones y en la competencia es en donde est\u00e1 la verdadera ganancia de nosotros como usuarios, siempre y cuando compares y te informes antes, no despu\u00e9s de que hayas depositado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Hasta la
