wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abVamos a explicar lo que se est\u00e1 proponiendo en dos&nbsp;iniciativas a la Constituci\u00f3n para enfrentar el problema de inseguridad, en extorsi\u00f3n, es uno de los temas, y algo que es fundamental que tenemos que resolver para prevenir, el que la Guardia Nacional&nbsp;pase a la Sedena, para que no se corrompa, como sucedi\u00f3 con la Polic\u00eda Federal\u00bb, dijo AMLO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional explic\u00f3 en qu\u00e9&nbsp;consiste la reforma constitucional para que la Guardia Nacional dependa&nbsp;del Ej\u00e9rcito, mientras tanto, la SSyPC detall\u00f3 la iniciativa para sancionar los actos de extorsi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretar\u00eda de
