{"id":28787,"date":"2024-01-21T13:19:54","date_gmt":"2024-01-21T19:19:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=28787"},"modified":"2024-01-21T13:20:00","modified_gmt":"2024-01-21T19:20:00","slug":"ayotzinapa-jueza-ordena-liberar-a-8-militares-implicados-en-la-desaparicion-de-normalistas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=28787","title":{"rendered":"Ayotzinapa: jueza ordena liberar a 8 militares implicados en la desaparici\u00f3n de normalistas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Una jueza consider\u00f3 que era necesario modificar las medidas cautelares en contra de los elementos castrenses.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una jueza federal resolvi\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado poner en libertad a\u00a0ocho militares se\u00f1alados en el caso Ayotzinapa, lo anterior ante falta de pruebas por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A los ocho militares se les dict\u00f3 la medida cautelar de firmar peri\u00f3dicamente, adem\u00e1s de entregar sus pasaportes, una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y no acercarse al lugar de los hechos, de acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de Reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de los militares Gustavo Rodr\u00edguez de la Cruz, Omar Torres Marquillo, Juan Andr\u00e9s Flores Lagunas, Ramiro Manzanares Sanabria, Roberto de los Santos Eduviges, Eloy Estrada D\u00edaz, Uri Yashiel Reyes Lasos y Juan Sotelo D\u00edaz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue la\u00a0<strong>jueza Segunda\u00a0de Distrito en Procesos Penales Federales de Toluca\u00a0<\/strong>Raquel Ivette Duarte Cedillo, quien revoc\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa a los elementos, quienes permanec\u00edan detenidos el pasado mes de junio de 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duarte Cedillo consider\u00f3 que hab\u00edan cambiado las condiciones por las que les hab\u00edan dictado la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y determin\u00f3 \u00abque ya no exist\u00eda el riesgo de que alguno de los imputados pudiera darse a la fuga\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radioformula.com.mx\/u\/fotografias\/m\/2024\/1\/20\/f768x1-746322_746449_17.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Los procesados&nbsp;forman parte de la lista de 16 militares&nbsp;contra los que el pasado 13 de junio se orden\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n por el delito de&nbsp;<strong>desaparici\u00f3n forzada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de estas \u00f3rdenes es contra el entonces comandante del Batall\u00f3n 41 de Infanter\u00eda, en Iguala, Guerrero, el coronel Rafael Hern\u00e1ndez Nieto. Las dem\u00e1s \u00f3rdenes de captura fueron liberadas\u00a0para integrantes de los batallones 27 y 41 de Infanter\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
