reubicadas tras el paso del hurac\u00e1n Karl en 2010.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pleno de la LXVI Legislatura autoriz\u00f3 al titular del Poder Ejecutivo del estado enajenar a t\u00edtulo gratuito una fracci\u00f3n del inmueble propiedad del Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia de Veracruz, con una superficie de m\u00e1s de 27 mil metros cuadrados, del predio tur\u00edstico El Aserradero, ubicado en el municipio de La Antigua, a favor del Instituto Veracruzano de la Vivienda (Invivienda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, con la finalidad de dar certeza jur\u00eddica y seguridad patrimonial a 292 familias, de acuerdo con el censo realizado por dicho Instituto de las personas que acrediten tener derecho y comprueben que fueron reubicadas en dicho predio, tras los da\u00f1os que dej\u00f3 el hurac\u00e1n Karl en el a\u00f1o 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el dictamen, la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda del Estado da a conocer que se tiene por informado al Congreso que el bien inmueble referido sea entregado directamente a Invivienda sin que previamente se escriture a favor del Gobierno del Estado, en t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 72 de la Constituci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto, para dar cumplimiento de las dos sentencias dictadas, una de fecha 10 de enero de 2020 dentro del Amparo en Revisi\u00f3n n\u00famero 114\/2019 y otra de fecha 15 de julio de 2020, dictada en el Amparo de Revisi\u00f3n n\u00famero 139\/2019, ambas del \u00edndice del Primer Tribunal Colegiado en Materia Administrativa del S\u00e9ptimo Circuito con residencia en Boca del R\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, las y los diputados aprobaron que la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (Sefiplan) enajene, a t\u00edtulo gratuito, 82 bienes muebles, consistentes en diez sillas y 72 pupitres, asignados al Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Superior de Tantoyuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, a los ayuntamientos de Atlahuilco y Tepatlaxco les fue autorizado respectivamente donar, de manera condicional y en su caso revocable, fracciones de terreno de propiedad municipal, a favor del Banco del Bienestar, para la construcci\u00f3n y funcionamiento de sucursales bancarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
