{"id":28092,"date":"2024-01-05T10:11:57","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T16:11:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=28092"},"modified":"2024-01-05T10:12:05","modified_gmt":"2024-01-05T16:12:05","slug":"aumentan-38-quejas-de-usuarios-contra-los-bancos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=28092","title":{"rendered":"Aumentan 38% quejas de usuarios contra los bancos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 De las quejas por 11.4 mil millones de pesos, s\u00f3lo se recuper\u00f3 30% en el tercer trimestre de 2023; 70% de los casos se deben a fraudes: Condusef<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el tercer trimestre de 2023, las quejas de clientes contra&nbsp;<strong>bancos&nbsp;<\/strong>alcanzaron un monto sin precedentes por 11 mil 459 millones de pesos, un alza de 38% respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o previo, indican datos de la&nbsp;<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores<\/strong>&nbsp;(CNBV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datos del regulador muestran que los&nbsp;<strong>clientes afectados<\/strong>&nbsp;recuperaron s\u00f3lo 3 mil 362 millones de pesos, es decir, 30% del total reclamado a las&nbsp;<strong>instituciones financieras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>CNBV\u00a0<\/strong>detall\u00f3 que los dep\u00f3sitos a la vista, con retiros no reconocidos en\u00a0<strong>operaciones\u00a0<\/strong>de banca m\u00f3vil y en sucursal, presentan el mayor n\u00famero de quejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, las&nbsp;<strong>tarjetas de d\u00e9bito<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n tienen una alta incidencia en quejas en operaciones en cajero autom\u00e1tico, con retiros no reconocidos y&nbsp;<strong>dep\u00f3sitos no acreditados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la&nbsp;<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Defensa de los Usuarios de los Servicios Financieros<\/strong>&nbsp;(Condusef), casi 70% de las reclamaciones de usuarios son por posible fraude, en un entorno en el que las operaciones por internet tienen la mayor incidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al cierre de noviembre la&nbsp;<strong>Condusef&nbsp;<\/strong>contabilizaba 137 mil 551 incidencias contra bancos, donde tanto el&nbsp;<strong>fraude tradicional<\/strong>&nbsp;como el virtual concentraron siete de cada 10 casos. En particular, el&nbsp;<strong>fraude virtual<\/strong>&nbsp;represent\u00f3 42.4% de todos los casos por posible fraude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn posible fraude virtual ah\u00ed es donde hay un crecimiento de 31%.&nbsp;<strong>Llamadas telef\u00f3nicas<\/strong>, correos, entradas a&nbsp;<strong>supuestas p\u00e1ginas<\/strong>. Son 28 mil asuntos y vamos a cerrar el a\u00f1o con casi 31 mil, que nos da un promedio de 2 mil 600 temas por mes\u201d, dijo recientemente el presidente de la&nbsp;<strong>Condusef<\/strong>, \u00d3scar Rosado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alertan por m\u00e1s fraudes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El especialista y expresidente de la Condusef,\u00a0<strong>Mario Di Costanzo<\/strong>, advirti\u00f3 del crecimiento en fraudes, donde el usuario cae ante pr\u00e1cticas que los enga\u00f1an para usar su identidad ante\u00a0<strong>instituciones financieras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas reclamaciones siguen aumentando, y en mayor proporci\u00f3n aquellas relacionadas con alg\u00fan tipo de fraude o enga\u00f1o al usuario. El fraude remoto desde&nbsp;<strong>internet&nbsp;<\/strong>o con llamadas telef\u00f3nicas se convierte en un robo de&nbsp;<strong>identidad<\/strong>, y es el que ha ido creciendo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esa problem\u00e1tica,&nbsp;<strong>Di Costanzo&nbsp;<\/strong>dijo que no basta con estrategias de&nbsp;<strong>educaci\u00f3n financiera<\/strong>&nbsp;por parte de las autoridades e instituciones financieras, ya que esto s\u00f3lo provoca que toda la responsabilidad quede del lado del usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor m\u00e1s educaci\u00f3n financiera que tengas, los&nbsp;<strong>delincuentes&nbsp;<\/strong>est\u00e1n ah\u00ed. Los fraudes y robos de identidad est\u00e1n presentes, y no puedes combatirlos s\u00f3lo con esta estrategia. Es una manera de lavarse las manos y dejarle toda la&nbsp;<strong>responsabilidad&nbsp;<\/strong>al usuario\u201d, lament\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, coment\u00f3 que debe haber mayores medidas&nbsp;<strong>legales&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>estrategias&nbsp;<\/strong>v\u00eda el uso de tecnolog\u00eda para ofrecer mayor defensa a los usuarios de&nbsp;<strong>servicios financieros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos que cometen los&nbsp;<strong>fraudes&nbsp;<\/strong>se disfrazan del banco para quitarle su dinero al usuario. No enga\u00f1an al usuario, sino que llegan con una&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1scara&nbsp;<\/strong>del banco. No es un tema solamente de educaci\u00f3n financiera\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs un tema en que la&nbsp;<strong>delincuencia&nbsp;<\/strong>se especializa cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s en este tipo de fraudes, con lo que tenemos que generar mecanismos de&nbsp;<strong>defensa institucionales<\/strong>&nbsp;y legales apoyados en la tecnolog\u00eda para los usuarios, porque los&nbsp;<strong>ciberdelincuentes&nbsp;<\/strong>se sirven de la tecnolog\u00eda para enga\u00f1ar a los clientes\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 el especialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delincuencia sofisticada<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El director general de Defensa del Deudor,&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1ngel Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, advirti\u00f3 que los usuarios de servicios financieros en M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s de caer en enga\u00f1os a trav\u00e9s de llamadas&nbsp;<strong>telef\u00f3nicas&nbsp;<\/strong>o&nbsp;<strong>descuidar&nbsp;<\/strong>sus datos personales, se enfrentan a t\u00e9cnicas mucho m\u00e1s sofisticadas de fraude basadas en tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos fraudes a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, donde le ofrecen a la gente oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n en acciones de&nbsp;<strong>Pemex<\/strong>, por ejemplo, donde usan a personajes famosos como&nbsp;<strong>Ricardo Salinas Pliego<\/strong>, el presidente&nbsp;<strong>L\u00f3pez Obrador&nbsp;<\/strong>o&nbsp;<strong>Carlos Slim<\/strong>, y a trav\u00e9s de la inteligencia artificial los hacen decir ciertas cosas para enga\u00f1ar a las personas, genera confianza y que caigan en los fraudes. Los anuncios se ven muy bien hechos, pero cualquier persona con conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de computaci\u00f3n puede desarrollar un anuncio muy bien elaborado\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El especialista dijo que las reclamaciones contra los&nbsp;<strong>bancos&nbsp;<\/strong>se mantienen en crecimiento con las mismas&nbsp;<strong>problem\u00e1ticas&nbsp;<\/strong>en cargos no reconocidos, dinero que desaparece de las cuentas.
