{"id":27331,"date":"2023-12-14T12:03:50","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T18:03:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=27331"},"modified":"2023-12-14T12:03:56","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T18:03:56","slug":"cedh-cerraria-el-ano-con-mas-de-cien-recomendaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=27331","title":{"rendered":"CEDH cerrar\u00eda el a\u00f1o con m\u00e1s de cien recomendaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada Reyes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH) en Veracruz podr\u00eda cerrar \u00e9ste 2023 con m\u00e1s de cien recomendaciones, inform\u00f3 su titular Namiko Matsumoto Ben\u00edtez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAyer firme la recomendaci\u00f3n 98, todav\u00eda es posible que firme hoy otras dos y lleguemos a las 100, esperemos que sean aceptadas por el bien de las v\u00edctimas\u201d, dijo en entrevista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de la CEDH, expuso que en el 2022 cerraron con una cifra similar, mencion\u00f3 que, aunque hacen las recomendaciones hay quienes deciden rechazarlas, tal como lo hace la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, quien y de 30, ha rechazado 25.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, indic\u00f3 que la dependencia ha rechazado nueve recomendaciones y ha aceptado 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namiko Matzumoto reconoci\u00f3 que, en su mayor\u00eda las dependencias aceptan las recomendaciones que se les emiten, por lo que esperan cerrar un buen a\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FGE y SSP las m\u00e1s observadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-27331","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
