{"id":2592,"date":"2016-07-19T13:38:49","date_gmt":"2016-07-19T18:38:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informantever.wordpress.com\/?p=2592"},"modified":"2016-07-19T13:38:49","modified_gmt":"2016-07-19T18:38:49","slug":"hidroelectricas-en-veracruz-se-quedaron-estancadas-semarnat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=2592","title":{"rendered":"Hidroel\u00e9ctricas en Veracruz se quedaron estancadas: Semarnat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Alfredo M\u00e1rquez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-\u00a0<\/strong>El delegado de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (<strong>Semarnat<\/strong>) Jos\u00e9 Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez Azuara, afirm\u00f3 que por el momento no hay inversi\u00f3n proyectada en materia de creaci\u00f3n de hidroel\u00e9ctricas en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Al respecto refiri\u00f3 que no hay solicitudes de manifiestos de impacto ambiental en Semarnat, por lo que no se prev\u00e9 actividad en los casos del r\u00edo Jalcomulco y otros afluentes del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00abSolo tenemos autorizaciones para mini-hidroel\u00e9ctricas, son alrededor de 11 de los cuales solo se ha realizado uno en la zona de El Naranjal. Los inversionistas est\u00e1n haciendo sus evaluaciones para ver si cuentan o no con la anuencia social, adem\u00e1s de las autorizaciones complementarias de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua, los propios pobladores locales y ayuntamientos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Sin embargo reconoci\u00f3 que por lo menos en 10 proyectos m\u00e1s, los pobladores de las comunidades est\u00e1n pendientes de cualquier avance que pudieran tener las empresas, aunque por el momento se encuentran detenidas las obras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Finalmente reconoci\u00f3 que la mayor parte de las hidroel\u00e9ctricas est\u00e1n proyectadas para el r\u00edo bobos, aunque se necesita que las empresas consigan la anuencia de los pobladores.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00abSi las empresas no logran este consenso social ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil que se logre materializar este tipo de proyectos.
