acuerdo al dictamen de auditor\u00eda correspondiente.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Se garantiza la igualdad de oportunidades para el personal y entre el personal, promoviendo la convivencia respetuosa e incluyente.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El OPLE Veracruz despu\u00e9s de cumplir con los requisitos de participaci\u00f3n, cr\u00edticos y generales de la Norma Mexicana NMX R 025 SCFI 2015 en Igualdad laboral y No Discriminaci\u00f3n obtuvo el NIVEL PLATA de acuerdo al dictamen de auditor\u00eda correspondiente al Organismo Certificador Testing Conformity Certification Mexico con lo que establece la fracci\u00f3n III del Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 de la Ley Federal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n (LFPED)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La Presidenta del OPLE Veracruz, Marisol Alicia Delgadillo Morales destac\u00f3 su compromiso de consolidar acciones enfocadas a la prevenci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n de todo acto de discriminaci\u00f3n, maltrato, violencia y segregaci\u00f3n de autoridades de este \u00d3rgano Electoral hacia el personal y entre el personal, promoviendo la convivencia respetuosa e incluyente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Dicha Norma es un mecanismo de adopci\u00f3n voluntaria que reconoce a los centros de trabajo que cuentan con buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de igualdad laboral y no discriminaci\u00f3n, para favorecer el desarrollo integral de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Dentro de las acciones a destacar para la obtenci\u00f3n de certificaci\u00f3n se encuentran: procesos de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n de personal sin discriminaci\u00f3n y con igualdad de oportunidades, como es el caso del personal de Servicio Profesional Electoral Nacional (SPEN) y de la convocatoria p\u00fablica que se emite para la integraci\u00f3n de los \u00d3rganos desconcentrados y de las figuras de asistencia electoral local; monitoreo de la percepci\u00f3n del clima laboral; vigencia de los c\u00f3digos de \u00c9tica y de Conducta as\u00ed como el andamiaje institucional que vigila su cumplimiento; garant\u00edas de igualdad salarial y el otorgamiento de prestaciones y compensaciones; y evaluaci\u00f3n de la rama SPEN y Administrativa, de tal manera que se acceda en igualdad de condiciones a los incentivos que derivan de dicho escrutinio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Se constat\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de un Programa anual de capacitaci\u00f3n en el cual se incluye la sensibilizaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n del personal en la materia de la Norma; adem\u00e1s de la implementaci\u00f3n de Lineamientos que establecen la obligatoriedad del uso del lenguaje incluyente no sexista y condiciones de accesibilidad del portal de Internet del Organismo, as\u00ed como traducci\u00f3n a Lengua de se\u00f1as mexicana y transmisi\u00f3n con subt\u00edtulos de las sesiones del Consejo General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Adicionalmente, el OPLE Veracruz instal\u00f3 y opera una Sala de Lactancia y cambiadores en los sanitarios, en tanto que otorga licencias de paternidad por 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles; se encuentran colocadas placas alusivas al nombre de las unidades administrativas en Sistema Braille y Lengua N\u00e1huatl; y existen mecanismos y regulaciones para prevenir, atender y sancionar las pr\u00e1cticas de discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia laboral constataron de esta entrega Consejeras y Consejeros Electorales de este Organismo, el Secretario Ejecutivo, as\u00ed como Representantes de los Partidos Pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la informaci\u00f3n que necesitas saber la encuentras en
