en Veracruz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), logr\u00f3 que un Juez de Distrito con residencia en Xalapa de Enr\u00edquez, Veracruz, librara orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de siete ex servidores p\u00fablicos de dicha entidad, por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de peculado, y quienes presuntamente realizaron 17 transferencias irregulares por m\u00e1s de mil millones de pesos durante el 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Esta Fiscal\u00eda, aport\u00f3 los elementos necesarios para obtener dicho mandamiento judicial, en contra de Tom\u00e1s Jos\u00e9 \u201cR\u201d, Salvador \u201cM\u201d, Carlos \u201cA\u201d, Fernando \u201cC\u201d, Gabriel \u201cD\u201d, Jos\u00e9 Francisco \u201cD\u201d y Carolina \u201cE\u201d, quienes del 31 de enero al 19 de diciembre del 2013, probablemente transfirieron de manera irregular mil 79 millones 200 mil pesos a cuentas aperturadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n del Gobierno de Veracruz, concentraci\u00f3n de recursos que carec\u00edan de autorizaci\u00f3n para el manejo de los recursos p\u00fablicos del Programa denominado Fondo de Aportaci\u00f3n M\u00faltiples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Por lo anterior, se continuar\u00e1 con el proceso correspondiente a fin de llevar a estas personas ante la justicia competente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
