{"id":24820,"date":"2023-10-09T13:53:51","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T19:53:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=24820"},"modified":"2023-10-09T13:53:55","modified_gmt":"2023-10-09T19:53:55","slug":"por-segunda-vez-trasladan-a-exfiscal-de-veracruz-a-penal-de-altiplano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=24820","title":{"rendered":"Por segunda vez&#8230; trasladan a exfiscal de Veracruz a penal de Altiplano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Hace unos d\u00edas fue trasladado a Pacho Viejo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El ex fiscal general de Veracruz Jorge Winckler, fue trasladado una vez mas, de Pacho Viejo, Veracruz al penal del Altiplano, ubicado en el municipio del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hace unos d\u00edas, el exfiscal fue requerido por la Fiscalia General del Estado para presentarlo ante el juez de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">A su llegada, se inform\u00f3 de manera extraoficial\u00a0 que trataron de hacerle contra su voluntad ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dico, de sangre y psicol\u00f3gico no logr\u00e1ndolo. De acuerdo a su defensa ninguno de estos procedimientos se acordaron en audiencia o por un juez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Es de mencionar que un d\u00eda antes se le otorg\u00f3 un amparo federal para que otro juez conociera sobre su caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Jorge Winckler fue detenido en julio de 2022 cuando se encontraba refugiado en Oaxaca, fue acusado por el delito de tortura en agravio de Francisco Z\u00e1rate, uno de los escoltas de su antecesor, el tambi\u00e9n ex fiscal Luis \u00c1ngel Bravo Contreras.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Winckler hab\u00eda sido trasladado al penal del Altiplano dado su encargo y el riesgo que corr\u00eda en el penal de Pacho Viejo.
