{"id":24693,"date":"2023-10-05T07:32:36","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T13:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=24693"},"modified":"2023-10-05T07:32:40","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T13:32:40","slug":"tribunal-electoral-batea-denuncia-contra-proceso-interno-de-morena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=24693","title":{"rendered":"Tribunal Electoral &#8216;batea&#8217; denuncia contra proceso interno de Morena"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) declar\u00f3 como inexistente la omisi\u00f3n denunciada por Ebrard.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>Tribunal Electoral <\/strong>del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) declar\u00f3 como inexistente la omisi\u00f3n que denunci\u00f3 <strong>Marcelo Ebrard<\/strong> (exaspirante del proceso interno de<strong> Morena<\/strong>) en contra de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia<\/strong> de dicho instituto pol\u00edtico; dicho fallo se dio por unanimidad de votos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Para el Tribunal Electoral, <strong>la Comisi\u00f3n de Morena no incurri\u00f3 en ninguna omisi\u00f3n<\/strong> al no dar tr\u00e1mite a la queja presentada por Ebrard, sin embargo, hizo un llamado a resolver los casos en los plazos establecidos. La propuesta que se vot\u00f3 fue elaborada por el magistrado <strong>Reyes Rodr\u00edguez Mondrag\u00f3n<\/strong>; en la sesi\u00f3n estuvo ausente (de manera justificada) la ministra Janine Ot\u00e1lora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En la resoluci\u00f3n emitida, el magistrado Reyes Rodr\u00edguez Mondrag\u00f3n cita el art\u00edculo 47 de la Ley General de Partidos Pol\u00edticos, donde se afirma lo siguiente: \u00ablos \u00f3rganos de justicia interna de los partidos pol\u00edticos <strong>deben emitir sus resoluciones de forma pronta y expedita<\/strong>, para garantizar los derechos de los militantes\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">De igual modo, el Tribunal Electoral recuerda a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia de Morena que <strong>salvaguarde los derechos fundamentales de cada uno de los integrantes del partido<\/strong>, \u00abas\u00ed como conocer de las quejas, denuncias o procedimientos que se instauren, y dictar las resoluciones de los asuntos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Ebrard puso un juicio contra Morena?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Todo comenz\u00f3 el pasado 6 de septiembre, cuando<strong> Ebrard se deslig\u00f3 del proceso interno de Morena<\/strong>, ya que acus\u00f3 una serie de irregularidades y hasta agresiones en contra de sus colaboradores como Mal\u00fa Micher. Ese mismo d\u00eda, el partido pol\u00edtico anunci\u00f3 a la ganadora del proceso interno y coordinadora nacional de los Comit\u00e9s en Defensa de la 4T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Para el 10 de septiembre, <strong>el exfuncionario federal present\u00f3 una queja ante la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia<\/strong>, donde exigi\u00f3 la nulidad del proceso. Al no recibir respuesta alguna y dentro de los plazos establecidos, Ebrard Casaub\u00f3n recurri\u00f3 ante instancias federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El pasado 25 de septiembre, Marcelo Ebrard interpuso un recurso ante el <strong>Tribunal Electoral<\/strong>, pues acus\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia de Morena de ignorar sus reclamaciones por presuntas irregularidades dentro del proceso interno en que se design\u00f3 a la coordinadora nacional de los Comit\u00e9s de Defensa de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El juicio que interpuso el excanciller Marcelo Ebrard ante el Tribunal Electoral fue para la Protecci\u00f3n de sus Derechos Pol\u00edticos, a ra\u00edz de que la comisi\u00f3n de Morena no dio respuesta alguna a la impugnaci\u00f3n que hizo en contra del proceso interno y dentro del lapso establecido. Ahora, el Tribunal declar\u00f3 que no hay omisi\u00f3n alguna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 har\u00e1 Ebrard tras la resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal Electoral?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Durante una visita realizada a Tijuana, Baja California, Marcelo Ebrard adelant\u00f3 que determinar\u00e1 una decisi\u00f3n sobre su futuro pol\u00edtico tan s\u00f3lo Morena reaccione a las denuncias por irregularidades en el proceso interno. Agreg\u00f3 que, al parecer, s<strong>er\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 3 de noviembre cuando el comit\u00e9 interno resuelva su queja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ebrard tambi\u00e9n se mostr\u00f3 reacio a dar declaraciones sobre si estar\u00e1 o no en la boleta electoral durante los comicios de 2024, previo a dar una conferencia titulada &#8216;El Camino de M\u00e9xico&#8217; ante maestros y estudiantes del Ejido Francisco Villa como parte de sus actividades en Baja California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
