{"id":2452,"date":"2016-07-18T12:16:01","date_gmt":"2016-07-18T17:16:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informantever.wordpress.com\/?p=2452"},"modified":"2016-07-18T12:16:01","modified_gmt":"2016-07-18T17:16:01","slug":"pide-diputado-que-gobierno-atienda-demanda-de-empresarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=2452","title":{"rendered":"Pide diputado que gobierno atienda demanda de empresarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Manuel Solano<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> El diputado local, Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Guti\u00e9rrez de Velasco Hoyos, exhort\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (Sefiplan), as\u00ed como al Congreso del Estado, a escuchar y resolver las demandas del sector empresarial en torno al uso del Impuesto del 3% a la N\u00f3mina.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos diputados tenemos que hacer caso y atenderlos, porque ellos son quienes lo aportan, y como dicen: \u00abel que paga, manda\u00bb. Es muy importante que en este momento de transici\u00f3n se escuchen las propuestas que ellos tienen y nosotros los diputados los atendamos\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, el legislador del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) defendi\u00f3 que los empresarios veracruzanos no se niegan a pagar dicho impuesto por capricho, sino para exigir que el recurso que aportan se destine para lo que fue creado inicialmente, que es crear infraestructura en las principales ciudades de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, reprob\u00f3 que debido a una mala planeaci\u00f3n por parte de la Sefiplan y los colaboradores del Gobierno del Estado en materia financiera, ahora se pretenda que los diputados de la LXIII Legislatura resuelvan esta problem\u00e1tica. \u00abY menos creo que los diputados debemos prestarnos a ese tema que no nos compete\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos colaboradores en materia financiera del Gobierno del Estado est\u00e1n tratando de resolver un problema de ellos. En su momento no supieron administrar correctamente la aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos y quieren en este momento que los diputados resolvamos el tema\u00bb, reproch\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Guti\u00e9rrez de Velasco Hoyos se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00ablos empresarios que aportamos tenemos ese derecho de pedir cuentas.
