La\u00a0patrulla fronteriza<\/strong>\u00a0y autoridades federales mexicanas acordaron intercambiar informaci\u00f3n para evitar el tr\u00e1fico ilegal de\u00a0personas migrantes<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de Tijuana, Baja California, hacia San Diego, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En las playas de Tijuana, frente al\u00a0Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico<\/strong>, han aumentado los cruces de personas indocumentadas que pagan a los\u00a0llamados \u201cCoyotes\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0para ingresar de manera irregular. Las personas migrantes, incluidos ni\u00f1os, escalan paredes y saltan hacia San Diego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del otro lado del muro, corren para internarse en ese pa\u00eds; mientras que en Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Chihuahua, otras personas migrantes siguen cruzando el R\u00edo Bravo<\/strong> para llegar a El Paso<\/strong>, pero son detenidos por la patrulla fronteriza y la polic\u00eda de Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Eagle Pass, donde reportan la mayor\u00a0crisis migratoria<\/strong>, son constantes las filas de personas que buscan entrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo a las cifras de la Oficina de Aduanas y Protecci\u00f3n Fronteriza (CBP,<\/strong> por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) entre julio y agosto de este a\u00f1o aumentaron 27% los cruces irregulares de personas migrantes por el \u00e1rea de San Diego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El reporte detalla que en julio se registraron 15 mil 33 migrantes en esa situaci\u00f3n, mientras que el agosto la cifra pas\u00f3 a 18 mil 984.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los migrantes detenidos por cruzar a la Uni\u00f3n Americana sin documentaci\u00f3n son originarios de\u00a0M\u00e9xico, Brasil, Rep\u00fablica Popular de China, Canad\u00e1, Cuba, Colombia, El Salvador, Ucrania, Venezuela<\/strong>\u00a0y otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Migrantes cruzan hacia EUA aprovechando obras en muro fronterizo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Decenas de personas migrantes<\/strong> saltaron este mi\u00e9rcoles la barda fronteriza entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos<\/strong> en la ciudad de Tijuana<\/strong> aprovechando los trabajos que se realizan en la estructura, con im\u00e1genes dram\u00e1ticas de ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os cruzando el muro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por la tarde, varios migrantes corrieron hacia la barda<\/strong> para cruzarla ante la mirada impotente de un polic\u00eda que vigila el lado mexicano<\/strong>. Sin embargo, las escenas m\u00e1s dram\u00e1ticas ocurrieron cuando algunas personas cruzaron a tres menores de edad por encima del muro<\/strong>, entre ellos un beb\u00e9 de brazos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otros migrantes cargando bultos cruzaron<\/strong> r\u00e1pidamente una reja de alambre para despu\u00e9s trepar el muro, que en algunos tramos llega a tener hasta nueve metros de altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una vez que atravesaron, los migrantes<\/strong> corrieron r\u00e1pidamente hacia territorio estadounidense a entregarse a la patrulla fronteriza para pedir asilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de este mi\u00e9rcoles,\u00a0elementos del ej\u00e9rcito mexicano y la Guardia Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0vigilan la zona, sin embargo, no est\u00e1n facultados para arrestar o impedir que los migrantes intenten cruzar la frontera, inform\u00f3 Enrique Lucero, titular de la Direcci\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n al Migrante en Tijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
