para Educaci\u00f3n Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria&nbsp;<\/strong>y los&nbsp;<strong>Programas Sint\u00e9ticos fase 1<\/strong>&nbsp;de educaci\u00f3n inicial y&nbsp;<strong>fases 2 a 6 de educaci\u00f3n preescolar, primaria y secundaria<\/strong>, que iniciar\u00e1n su aplicaci\u00f3n en el ciclo escolar 2023-2024, como adelant\u00f3 la titular de educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica,&nbsp;<strong>Leticia Ram\u00edrez Amaya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En la sexta conferencia de prensa&nbsp;<strong>se analizaron los libros de quinto de primaria&nbsp;<\/strong>y se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no existe impedimento legal para que ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes tengan&nbsp;<strong>los nuevos Libros de Texto Gratuitos (LTG) el 28 de agosto en sus pupitres.<\/strong>Ram\u00edrez Amaya puntualiz\u00f3 que, a partir del mandato establecido en la Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n, la SEP es la responsable y encargada de hacer llegar los materiales educativos a miles de alumnas y alumnos del pa\u00eds \u201cy cumpliremos esa obligaci\u00f3n\u201d, ya que los nuevos LTG tienen fundamentaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica, cient\u00edfica y
