{"id":20915,"date":"2020-07-29T13:08:22","date_gmt":"2020-07-29T18:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=20915"},"modified":"2020-07-29T13:08:30","modified_gmt":"2020-07-29T18:08:30","slug":"aborto-no-se-regulara-en-veracruz-scjn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=20915","title":{"rendered":"Aborto no se regular\u00e1 en Veracruz: SCJN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ada Reyes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) desech\u00f3 con 4 votos en contra las causales para que en Veracruz se puedan ampliar las causales del aborto en Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata del juicio de amparo 639 del a\u00f1o 2019 que buscaba ordenar al Congreso trabajar en el tema y que se lograr\u00e1 la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo a las 12 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a los magistrados, sus votos en contra se dan luego de que en Veracruz ya se regul\u00f3 el aborto, por lo que no era necesario dar recomendaciones o determinar y el Congreso incurri\u00f3 en una omisi\u00f3n legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPodr\u00edan incluir otras causales, pero tendr\u00edamos que revisar la norma en revisi\u00f3n de una queja por perjuicio a una persona\u201d, dijo la ministra Norma Lucia Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso, se advierte que el Congreso del Estado de Veracruz hace valer diversos argumentos con los que pretende desvirtuar la legalidad del pronunciamiento emitido por el Juez de Distrito en relacio\u0301n con la concesio\u0301n del amparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que en la entidad veracruzana se ha propuesto ante la tribuna del Congreso del Estado que se acaten las Alertas de G\u00e9nero que emite la Conavim, en donde se estipula que la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo se puede dar hasta las 12 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al no acatar est\u00e1 recomendaci\u00f3n federal, es que asociaciones civiles recurrieron al amparo, y el Congreso pidi\u00f3 a la Suprema Corte revisar si la determinaci\u00f3n de un juez federal, que los se\u00f1al\u00f3 de omisos, era v\u00e1lida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Magistrados votaron en contra<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20915","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-enterate"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
