Xalapa, Veracruz., 29 de Julio de 2020.- El diputado de MORENA, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Pozos Castro, sostuvo que uno de los m\u00e1s grandes beneficios de la Reforma en materia Electoral ser\u00e1 la liberaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de dos mil millones de pesos de recursos p\u00fablicos en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, para la inversi\u00f3n social y productiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abDerivado de la reforma a la Constituci\u00f3n de Veracruz y a la legislaci\u00f3n secundaria, se permitir\u00e1 una importante reducci\u00f3n del gasto p\u00fablico en el sistema democr\u00e1tico, ello sin duda le dar\u00e1 al Gobierno del Estado la posibilidad de aprovechar estos recursos para incrementar sus acciones y obras, as\u00ed como cumplir los compromisos venideros\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pozos Castro record\u00f3 que, por vez primera, Veracruz recort\u00f3 el 50% del financiamiento a los partidos pol\u00edticos, lo que sin duda es un logro conjunto entre el Poder Legislativo y el gobernador Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, quien propuso las reformas pertinentes a la legislaci\u00f3n secundaria en la materia (disposiciones del C\u00f3digo Electoral y a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abEl d\u00eda de ayer se le dio viabilidad a la reforma constitucional en materia electoral, porque se establecieron los mecanismos para el otorgamiento del financiamiento a los partidos con una senda reducci\u00f3n del 50 por ciento\u00bb, declar\u00f3 en entrevista el legislador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abPor ello, quiero reconocer a las y los diputados que apoyaron este Dictamen, pues definitivamente se promover\u00e1 el ahorro en las finanzas del pueblo y se fortalecer\u00e1 nuestra democracia\u00bb, finaliz\u00f3 el diputado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
