{"id":20502,"date":"2020-07-21T12:10:48","date_gmt":"2020-07-21T17:10:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=20502"},"modified":"2020-07-21T12:26:53","modified_gmt":"2020-07-21T17:26:53","slug":"no-hay-condiciones-para-que-alcalde-suplente-de-actopan-tome-posesion-del-cargo-senala-diputado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=20502","title":{"rendered":"No hay condiciones para que alcalde suplente de Actopan tome posesi\u00f3n del cargo, se\u00f1ala diputado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ana Lilia Vel\u00e1zquez <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pri\u00edsta Jorge Moreno Salinas, secretario del Congreso Local, dijo que no ser\u00e1 tan f\u00e1cil que el alcalde suplente de Actopan, Jos\u00e9 Alfredo L\u00f3pez Carreto, tome posesi\u00f3n del cargo, \u00abporque no hay condiciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abVamos a revisar si hay las condiciones para acatar la disposici\u00f3n, una disposici\u00f3n legal tambi\u00e9n tiene que tener las condiciones para aplicar y en este momento la decisi\u00f3n que se tom\u00f3 con anterioridad es correcta\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado viernes, la Sala Regional Xalapa determin\u00f3 que el presidente municipal propietario de Actopan contin\u00fae en el cargo para el cual fue electo. En caso contrario, deber\u00e1 de llamar al alcalde suplente, Jos\u00e9 Alfredo L\u00f3pez Carreto en 10 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador pri\u00edsta, apunt\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas habr\u00e1 una reuni\u00f3n \u00abpara ver lo que sigue y estar\u00edamos en una revisi\u00f3n, porque no vamos a poner en riesgo la tranquilidad del municipio\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreno Salinas, insisti\u00f3 en calificar como grave la situaci\u00f3n en Actopan, \u00abno hablo de la persona y el alcalde actual est\u00e1 funcionando bien de momento\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente , el regidor Eduardo Carranza Barradas, es el alcalde interino de Actopan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge Moreno Salinas se\u00f1al\u00f3 que revisar\u00e1n las condiciones para acatar la disposici\u00f3n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_uag_custom_page_level_css":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20502","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-estatal"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
