{"id":19523,"date":"2020-07-02T09:18:01","date_gmt":"2020-07-02T14:18:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=19523"},"modified":"2020-07-02T09:18:05","modified_gmt":"2020-07-02T14:18:05","slug":"denuncia-lopez-obrador-corrupcion-en-liberacion-del-mochomo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=19523","title":{"rendered":"Denuncia L\u00f3pez Obrador corrupci\u00f3n en liberaci\u00f3n del \u2018Mochomo\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de que se dio a conocer ayer que una jueza federal orden\u00f3 la liberaci\u00f3n de Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d,&nbsp;<em>El mochomo<\/em>, presunto l\u00edder de Guerreros Unidos e involucrado en el caso Ayotzinapa, el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador critic\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n y asegur\u00f3 que hay pruebas de que \u201chubo corrupci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su conferencia matutina en Palacio Nacional, el mandatario dijo que se iniciar\u00e1n investigaciones en contra de quienes resulten responsables por la liberaci\u00f3n del supuesto sospecho, al que no mencion\u00f3 ni por nombre ni apodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHubo corrupci\u00f3n en el juzgado que orden\u00f3 la libertad. Y hay pruebas, o sea que hubo dinero de por medio. Entonces se va actuar castigando a los responsables\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f3pez Obrador confi\u00f3 en que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica presente las pruebas del supuesto acto de corrupci\u00f3n tras el fallo de una jueza de control del Centro de Justicia Penal Federal con sede en el penal de m\u00e1xima seguridad del Altiplano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa libertad de este se\u00f1or, presunto responsable de los hechos, entre otros, de la desaparici\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes de Ayotzinapa tuvo que ver con actos de corrupci\u00f3n del juzgado donde se le otorg\u00f3 la libertad.
